EtovalAutomobil:Tanku. BankyGee:Tanku plenty. BankyGee:Yes o. KendrickAyomide:Yes biko. I am a big fan. Wanna know why? abdulazeez1002:Is he? Ajibel:Thanks Ajibel. I am keeping my fingers crossed too. Waiting for approval. By the way, you don't have to login just to use the app. It's just like the website. Moreover, if you're technical, you'll realize that it's impossible for a developer so hack an Android WebView. Go do your research. Don't get me wrong.. Anything can be hacked. But to steal a user's information on a webview will first require me to hack Android OS first; which honestly I must confess I can't even compile Android when I got the code back in 2015. We need not discuss this further. I'll write a detailed post on my diary to address your security concerns. tot: tot:We have ...let me check... 915 users as of now. They do not share your opinion. However, your comment is welcome. Your last sentence ==> femi4: Well, the internet has evolved and contents that used to be exclusively available on websites are going mobile. Those that couldn't make the switch adopted Progressive Web Apps (PWA). Sometimes, it's not that bad to try out something different. (or just a bit different). It's quite good you're embracing this change and you're a part of it. What can I learn from you? abdulazeez1002:You don't have to plead. I never had to share your comments. But both of these are happening. Give me one reason to support your plea. Remember you never have to. tot: Lobatan, kiloletoyen well, here are the rules that govens Nl for a long while now? This is to formally announce three things: 1) There won't ever be sharing and liking of public posts again. Though I feel it's just like a ReTweet on Twitter. harmless and doesn't necessarily translate to bugging. It has permanently stopped. 2) I have started writing about my experiences here about the app and other things on a diary post. Feel free to check it out on my profile. 3) I'll be sharing my opinions with a topic, 'Different People on Nairaland'. I seriously pounder on the diversity of our mindsets. Some were already creating false news and impressions just to antagonize this idea. And they are doing it with just the same energy as flat-earthers (people that believe the earth is flat) or those that don't believe in moon-landing and climate change. Lastly, I won't be able to reply to your mails. about 15 people have tried to initiate a conversation. Kindly chat up my moniker on the app. Do Profile lookup on the Side Menu bar and click chat. We'll be chatting in no time. Special thanks to everyone that has dropped one or more comments here. What is a thread without you 1 Like 1 Share |

I'll be writing next to address the Security concerns raised by some people on the thread. I'll be sharing some info on the Technicality of Securing the app and my methodologyThis is a great concern, and I'll be glad if it were addressed. Do you have access to log in details for instance? It would be annoying to find one has lost access to ones account. |

ABCthings:Should I speak like INEC, There is no server. Well, I have written another post on my diary to clarify this. Your password is not being read by the app. It cannot even be read. 1 Like 1 Share |

booksrite001: Maybe if you learnt to do things the right way and use the right channels, people would not suspect your intentions. In actual fact, you are the one who needs to check his mindset. Why would a person be sharing others' posts in stalk-mode even after being asked to desist? Why would a guy claim to be a female? That is dishonest isn't it? So why should such a person be trusted? Hopefully, you will reflect on this and be honest with yourself. |
Re: An Experimental Mobile Android App For NL by booksrite001: 4:31pm On Sep 18, 2019 |
tot: If I do not have people like you here, How would I learn to reach out the right way? Clearly, I am learning more, I have apologized and I have pledged to stop the liking of multiple posts/comments. Hence, Why would a person be sharing others' posts in stalk-mode even after being asked to desist?Let's move on from this. Why would a guy claim to be a female?Well, if you read my posts well, you'll 'see instances where I (the person typing right now) stated my gender when people asked. I have done this multiple times, exchanged contact with some, met someone and planning more biz meetings. There is no deception here. If you're interested in knowing you could have as well simply asked. FYI, this moniker Booksrite001 is not personal. It's purely for biz and hence 'female' attributes can be applied as any member of my team can be Booksrite001. The topic of using it,he or she for a company is still highly controversial but many including me would settle for 'feminine'. Here is someone's opinion on it. 'It/they' are totally okay. However, 'she' is also recommended considering organization/agencies, just as human beings, countries and vehicles, are also productive, hold lives of employees and give forth career growth opportunities etc.You are free to debate that in an appropriate section if you disagree. I have reflected on your comment and I would not be honest if I do not equally advice that you check your motives. Your mindset is you and I realize that cannot change because we sometimes disagree, express contrasting opinions even about the same idea and I acknowledge that all these is just natural bringing in the factors of different cultural, educational and political backgrounds. Thanks for writing. I hope you're typing from the app. |
Re: An Experimental Mobile Android App For NL by tot(f): 4:46pm On Sep 18, 2019 |
booksrite001: Just to point out, NL has the option to NOT select a gender. No, I'm not typing from the app. Unfortunately, first impressions last long and once I am put off something from the start, it seldom changes. All the same, good luck with your app. |
Re: An Experimental Mobile Android App For NL by booksrite001: 6:00pm On Sep 18, 2019 |
tot: I have chosen no gender. It makes perfect sense now. So now, what can I do to fix the impression sweethearts |

budaatum: I will be blocked if I post anything link, image or email here. Didijiji:What for? budaatum:I do not have access to user's login details nor anything that happens on the WebView. That's Android Security. Good morning Nairalanders 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: An Experimental Mobile Android App For NL by booksrite001: 2:17pm On Oct 23, 2019 |
In addition, I noticed a recent post by Seun which he speaks about tolerating one another. I realize that he understands that Nigerians need to accept everyone without pointing fingers to other groups wrt age, religion, politics, education and tribe differences. it's such a pity that if you place 100 Africans in a hall with a bounty, they would successfully isolate themselves as single individuals. If Seun doesn't address this issue on NL? Who will? I look forward to seeing more. 1 Like |
