You really spoke my mind! I think much of it have to do with the poverty mentality of an average Nigerians. Here in North America (US & Canada) nobody cares what kind of smart phone you possess. Nobody worship you because you are using the latest iPhone. There are other very expensive phones some of us are using but we don't make noise about it. If you are in Nigeria and can afford 600k to get the iphone, get it but please dont use it to intimidate your fellow country men. I have been buying all the samsung notes from note 5 till the recent note 10+.
First, what I get is not what you can get on the Samsung galaxy duos. 8GB ram and 256GB rom with a reasonable processor. Certain features like samsung whiz ,samsung dock, Advanced NFC etc cant be packed into a 80k phone. Coupled with its compatibility in any where I find myself accross the globe.
Why do people buy BMW 7 series when they can make do with 1992 Honda bullet.. se u get now?
