Thanks my brother.look like none of us here make use of stop limit order. Since I don't have the intention of stay off the market nowadays during trading hours,no need to disturb myself on a stop limit order. |

swilo:They answered you already sir. Its immediately. However, if it's withdrawal from your trading account to your bank account, its T+3 days, i.e. you can't do that until on/after the 3rd day when the fund must have been settled. 1 Like |

Continsure http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/27652_CONTINENTAL_REINSURANCE_PLC_CORPORATE_ACTIONS_SEPTEMBER_2019.pdf Price per share reviewed up to 2.50 as rightly said by OGG or 143-1 of CRe African Investments Ltd. Their share price must be in $$. Not sure o. We need to know how much their share price goes for.....but I'm sure they're picking continsure at bargain price. |

STOCK MARKET GUIDE FOR 02 OCT 2019 No major news to move market. Thanks for the earnings season and MSCI (sold Guinness on Monday). Still expecting a ranging market/small upward movement. I have some stock I want to buy, but price has not fallen my entry level. I have now learn to wait for price to reach my level before striking. For example, due to fundamental issues there is no way I can buy Transcorp for more than NGN0.88 (I am even not keen on buying at all, it is fairly on the risky side looking at the expected earnings). Caution: This is for information purpose only. Data used are assumed to be correct. However, you may want to verify the data from an appropriate source. Also, Institutions can afford to suffer big losses without going burst compared with an individual, you cannot follow them blindly (you need to at least have some knowledge/your own plan). Mcy56: U should worry less about the equity value of the parent company. Not much is known about CRe African inv. except that the insurance arm of the SANLAM GROUP(saham finances sa) is the core investor with 51% stake, while a private equity firm, CAPITAL ALLIANCE owns the balance of 49% stake. So pricing the group to see if there'll be more VALUE accretion with the exchange choice of 1 for 143 proportion is at present difficult. Again, there are no immediate plans to list the parent coy on the NSE bourse, so I do not think it'll be wise to go with the 1 for 143 exchange option in the parent coy. The fact that the price has so far been reviewed upwards twice(1st from N2.04 to N2.10 and now to N2.50) is enough added premium and boost for anyone to accept the offer and move on. So ur best bet is to SELL now or wait it out and collect the N2.50 buy out offer. ...and yes ur assertion with the part in bold may not be far from the truth. Guess that's why they've had to review upwards the buy out offer on 2 occasions. Just know when to exit in line with ur PERSONALITY, INVESTMENT HORIZON and GOAL. Regards. 2 Likes |

For those wondering why DANGOTE CEMENT is CRASHING like a PACK of CARD. The PIONEER STATUS they enjoyed under GEJ is no more. So we are patiently waiting for at it fair value which is N100. BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE! https://punchng.com/fg-denies-guinness-dangote-13-others-tax-relief/ The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission has rejected the application of 15 companies seeking pioneer status under the Industrial Development Income Tax Act. The pioneer status is an incentive from the Federal Government which exempts companies from income tax. It is also known as tax holiday and generally regarded as industrial investment device. This means the companies with pioneer status do not have to pay tax for a certain period of time, allowing the companies to get established. This tax exemption can be full or partial. The products or companies suitable for pioneer status are industries or products that do not already exist in the country 1 Like |

Nigeria has issued 3 Payment Service Bank (PSB) Licenses without much fanfare. The PSBs licenses, required to offer mobile money, have gone to Hope PSB (Unified Payment), Money Master PSB (Globalcom) and 9PSB (9 Mobile). As a reminder at least 30 companies applied for a license and notable in their absence thus far are MTN and Airtel. From some of my informal chatter, We understand MTNN and Airtel would be appealing the decision given that both telco have the widest reach, strong infrastructure and largest agent network to ensure Financial inclusion is a success. PSB license allows entities to take deposits, carry out payments, convert FX, handle remittance, run electronic wallets and issues debit/pre-paid cards. Courtesy: StanbicIBTC 1 Like |

The person that placed the offer with over 15m units of nigerins, does he really want to sell or just to scare the buyers? |

TLAX: Granting MTN a license in the heat of this xenophobic attacks will be so insensitive, it will incure the wrath of millions of Nigerians. |
