Don't know about this November of a thing but guess Dec/Jan is more like it - expectation of FY results.

Btw, where is @Chibuking81

Don't go and enter market at the peak of the bull. Don't be like Chibuking.

MIDWEEK TONIC

When the Baboons and Monkeys heard that the Man who used to chase them away from the maize field had died, they hysterically celebrated.

The following year, there was no maize, that is when they painfully realized the dead Man was the Farmer!

Under all conditions, learn to live with your enemies, You might reject them now but, soon you will realize that they were the only pillars you needed.

Not all enemies are enemies, Some are mere wailers Others are imaginary haters.

Lets' love one another despite our differences

After right issue, price will come down to 20kobo.

The next you will hear from them is reconstruction of shares......

Cc: Cileasing shareholders.

Better for one to invest in stocks with smaller Os or fundamentally sound stocks.
I did a little research on new York listing and found out that 70% are below 1bilion units

So because UPDC promised to allot the units of UPDCREIT to its shareholders after the right issue that is why they are buying the shares instead of allowing it to fall freely as it suppose.

Let's look at it this way, after right issue is completed the pro rata allotment may not give you more than 1unit of UPDCREIT for every share UPDC held.

But come to think of it,

What if they did not get the regulatory approval?

What if they change their mind later?

For now I'm very cautious about UPDC and UACN.
Until they do the final announcement regarding the right issue and the unbundling I can only buy UACN @ N4 and UPDC @ 60 kobo
.
Before the right issue was announced
