Hello to all engineers here.

Pls I have a hp pavilion g600 with USB port and power key and mouse problem, there was a massive lightning strike in my area and it affected many electronic gadgets around, I guess this was the culprit in the matter.

Note : the power key/mouse problem was caused by another someone's lack of expertise.

Local engineers around says I need a new motherboard as the current one as been "worked" on previously, I'll like to know if there's hope of savaging and if not how much would the motherboard cost. Thanks in advance

I'm having some problems with 2015 windows 10 on some systems. I installed Corel draw x3 on the systems and suddenly the start button stopped working on all of them. I tried going back to Windows 7 but the system can't boot from DVD when I insert the windows 7 disc only Windows 10 works. how do I fix this?

But d screen didnt show any light at all

i repaired a laptop changed the motherboard to intel from amd nd also the hard disk ..buh m having issues with the system ..it hangs on booting wen it shows windows it wud load then hang.. pls wat the culprit

and am available to sell the laptop tho or swap am in lagos 320 gb hard disk 2gb ram 30k

In bios, go and enable legacy support. Also, windows can't play Corel draw X3, get a higher version

Check the hard drive health... The hard drive might be the problem

Please my Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBY is refusing to detect my bheringer microphone, not recognized at. I have downloaded all possible audio drivers to no avail.used YouTube advice, nothing positive.
Please any assistance would be appreciated

Yes, you can.. if it's windows 10, it will load properly, but If it's window 7, it may need a new OS installation

It actually worked. Both harddisk were windows 7.

Upon inserting the hardisk windows automatically installed the drivers. That is all.

The Ram was bad, so I changed it to 2gb( was 1gb initially) after changing it, the Audio/sound of the system went extinct. Whenever i play movies I don't get any sound at all, even when I try using headset, i still don't get a sound. Pls what's wrong with the system??

The second laptop, a Hp EliteBook 8460p, all of a sudden developed fault. Whenever I switch it on, power comes on, but it's just a blank screen. And it gives me the 1(long) 3(short) 1(short)beep

How did you format it since it says boot device not found?
