Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Justblow: 5:18pm On Oct 12, 2019 |
onyexx: Your husband is visiting the UK without you, and you are the sponsor, first thing first, you and your husband must have work or a registered company, tax payment needs to show and reflect on paper. I do not think investment money can be used for lesuire or holidays trip. You have to save for your holidays and this savings comes from either your employment or your registered business. |

justwise: [quote author=justwise post=83054431] The British army is recruiting candidates from Commonwealth countries. At a stage during the candidate's application process, he will be invited to the UK for medical assessment and interview. They usually send invitation letter for the interview. The medical assessment and interview last for between 2-3 days. For a candidate with no regular income source. In a situation whereby a family member is willing to pay the bills for the trip to UK. Also there is a friend over there in the UK who is willing to write sponsor letter and necessary sponsor supporting documents. How is my case going to be like? With my circumstance, can I get the visa to attend the British army medical assessment and interview? Justwise please can you help? Advice please! |

Firstly I suggest you read through the guidelines on the UK visa website. I filled out individual application for every single member of the family. We also submitted same documents for all applications. I wrote a cover letter showing all members of the family referencing GWF and passport numbers. The cover letter addressed purpose of travel, whom we will be staying with, duration of vacation, finances of myself and husband, job details, etc. Single cover letter written and signed by my husband and I. Our cover letter was 2 pages. Documents submitted includes 6 months Bank statements 6 months payslip Birth certificates of children Consent form for children showing children will be accompanied during the travel (got this form from the UK visa guidelines website) Deed of assignment, land purchase receipt, survey plan CAC of business registration Employment letter, confirmation letter, salary review letter, letter of introduction from office Marriage certificate, newspaper publication of name change Utility bill Passport biodata page Previous visas and pages of immigration stamps showing exit and entry dates Sponsors letter of invitation, 6 months payslips, 6 months bank statement, passport biodata page Itinerary ( I mentioned just date of arrival in the UK, dates we planned to visit four different tourist attraction sites, date of departure from the UK). Budget During submission, I picked self service and picked same date and time for all submission so we all went in and were treated as one family. I hope this helps |

Jafdoc: The ECO will want to see tie to your country. If you end up not making the selection, will you come back?, what is that thing that will bring you back to your country? Before going ahead with this, you need to work on your home tie. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Nobody: 7:25am On Oct 13, 2019 |
tshoboy: Did you get the application concluded email? I had to go to TLSContact to ask them to bring back my passport. I hadn't gotten the email for a pickup but my flight was booked for the following day. Went there at 10 am, told them it was urgent and emphasized that I paid for a priority service. They asked me to come back by 2 and I got it. If the five days have elapsed, you'll probably get it on Monday. (Especially if you've gotten the mail that the processing has been completed). If not, you may need to go there to try to fast track it. |

Thank you @justwise If your friend is running a small scale entrepreneur why dreaming of holiday to the UK? i called him small scale because i am comparing his size of business to mine but i know for sure he make more than 500k every month from his business 1.How will holiday to the UK help his business? He just wants to go on vacation not business related 2. How much does he make in a month and how much will that holiday cost him? His last 8 Days vacation to Kenya and South Africa on a single trip with his fiancee cost him about 1.2m So we are looking at about 800 to 900 for him alone since it is the United Kingdom and might be a bit higher than the African countries he visited. Reading through this thread,i have come to know that unexplained deposits might land you an automatic refusal. His personal account is what he uses to run his business ( daily deposits of 200K and above and on Mondays it shoots upto 400k to 500k ...reason being accumulated sales during the weekend) How can he explain using his personal account for his business without raising a red flag? Please advise justwise: |
