You only think so because you are in the present moment.

Some who didn't have a job then but have now will tell you things are better now.

Someone who wasn't married then but is married now will tell you they are more fulfilled now.

Someone who didn't have a car then but has bought a car now will tell you he is making progress now.

So, don't use your own personal circumstances to judge this bro.

How many people are getting the jobs compared to those loosing jobs?

The next level or upper level whatever they call it...is hitting the north more....
Look at terrorism, bandits, kidnapping & lazying everywhere in that God forsaken region
It would hit the north more. See how we are only just finding out they are being kept in slave camps and denied education least their eyes open and they free themselves. See what happens to those who talk of freeing them too. A crooked gandollar is threatening his eminence Sanusi!

The North has been oppressed so long and would not be emancipated overnight, but they will be, eventually, and Nigeria go better one day, I promise.

You are the one living in denial. You choose to absolve PDP of any blame in the current situation of Nigeria probably for whatever reason.

It's been 20 years since the return to democracy and PDP has ruled for 16 of those years, that's three quarters. Draw a pie chart and check out what three quarters look like.

You obviously don't know the meaning of ripple effects. If PDP had strengthened the economy would Buhari's directionless efforts have broken the economy to this level.

You can choose to continue lying to yourself. It is your choice.

The Network provider you are using their data to type this came under PDP. Buhari and his team fined MTN heavily which resulted in job losses.

Go and find out how much the first set of subscribers bought their MTN line.

Go and find out how much was paid per minute because there was no per second billing.

Go and find out how much your PDP political leaders, executive and legislative at the federal level made from the GSM deal.

Go and find out what happened to NITEL after GSM came.

Go and find out how much MTN has ripped off Nigerians and why Nigeria is where they make their highest profits till date.

Which country do you know on earth as we speak that doesn't have mobile phone network system?

I'm sure you are going to also say that it was GEJ that brought the internet to Nigeria.

If buhari was in power then we won't till date. While he was asked if any new approach will be taken to cattle rearing to end clashes he said NO. That we should go back to grazing routes for cattle to be taken all around Nigeria. How many countries in the world still do that?

Obviously you are just throwing stuffs around to see what sticks. I'm done with this particular topic.

I'm not interested in what someone would have done if this and that had happened. I'm not into arguing for argument's sake.

I'll leave you to carry on your what ifs and other suppositions like Nigeria would have been a paradise now if only PDP had won the 2015 election.

GEJ was just as terrible. Only those who weren't kids during GEJ's time would remember that it was a cabal of women who held president Jonathan by the groin.

His wife, Patience was almost the defacto president.
Okonjo Iweala was given the position akin to Prime Minister.
Stella the minister for aviation.
Diezani Alison Madueke who doubled as the most powerful woman in the country during GEJ's tenure.

Most Nigerians have acute memory problems. That's why some are praising Obasanjo and even Abacha during the xenophobia.

Buhari is slow, but GEJ was no better.

Life was better how?

Wow. Nigerians are a forgetful people.

Was the electricity better?

Were the roads better?

Were people earning better wages compared to the price of things then?

Was the health sector better?

How about the education sector?

Was there less corruption in the 16 years of PDP rule?

Was there pipe borne water available to the majority?

Did our cities look cleaner?

Was there better security of lives and properties?

What was better exactly?

Were your politicians less of a thief than now?

Do you know how much Diezani stole? I laugh.
Electricity was much better during GEJ's administration! I remember vividly how I enjoyed light in Benin city those days. Compare it to now that we go for weeks without electricity. I must continue to bear witness to the good government of Jonathan because I experienced real democracy during that time!

Please, consider that they are not lying. They want to go back to the days when manna was dropping into their lazy mouths! See them now their gods are dead and they are starving, they want to ressurect their dead gods!

We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering. You ask, what is our policy? I will say: It is to wage war, by sea, land, and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us; to wage war against a monstrous tyranny never surpassed in the dark, lamentable catalogue of human crime. That is our policy. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: It is victory, victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory, however long and hard the road may be.

Long Live my Country Nigeria and sai bubu till im 4+4 ends and we get to next level. 4 years we got to organise and dictate the future we want. And we will! All we do here is not for nothing but the custody of the small things. We will definitely all grow into bigger things!

Read the full speech we adopt here. We must recognise them in all their guises!

Is it subsidy? We are paying more today.

Re: Why Are Nigerians Tolerating Buhari? by orisa37: 8:17pm On Nov 07, 2019
Jonathan never did half of what is happening today, but he was crucified. The North and the SE & SS crucified GEJ

Is it subsidy? We are paying more today. GEJ employed Emefiele CBN for Buhari, but see what is happening today.

Is it insecurity ? Terrorists are allowed to go free today. Fulani Herdsmen are Terrorists And Buhari is behind them-Christiane Amanpour-CNN.

Is it corruption? It's done with impunity. And with the Acquiescence of the CBN & NASS.

Should we talk of human right abuse? Sowore can explain better. That's why Buhari and Buraitai talk about Process when Nigerians want Restructuring. The two really want Anarchy so that Buraitai can taste some Governance before he collapses.

Is it standard of living? More poverty and unemployment. And government says nobody is hungry. Instead of sharing N360billion Abacha Loot at N10billion to each of our 36 Constitutional States, They reloot the money to their so called Almajiris.

Isn't it clear that some elements in the south conspired with the North to remove GEJ for selfish reasons? The SE & SS behaved like Elsaksaky, the Iranian Trouble-maker to confuse GEJ. They didn't know that they were just spoiling the Show for GEJ. Ihejirika had a chance to improve the Military, but he was just bungling all along until the The Fulanis conspired to throw him out of Government.
