Hi beautiful people
Due to change of interest and redefinition of what l really want to do, l discover I've a passion for computer programming and related stuff.
I already have a BSc degree in Agric. Is it possible l cross into Computer Science for my Masters in Nigeria Institutions or Abroad

Yes, but for the sake of academic records, you may need to do a crossover program, say a 1 year PGD to update your academic records, this is in order to ensure that the change in your career also reflects in your credentials.

There are a thousand and one certification courses you can do on your new area of interest that are more recognized globally than the Masters programme you talk about.

Go for those ones and you stand a better chance.
