the deal is not conclusive either way. for all we know, disney may end up buying spiderman for an insane sum. they may not do it now because the recent fox merger was huge. but i don't see how disney won't want all the characters together in the long run.

fyi, sony own only the film rights. spiderman is still a marvel creation
