The boy may have lost out due to him not being good enough, or it could also be the other way. Anything is possible with us. But some things look like what typical Nigerians would do. My question is why did they refuse to release his passport? Why will the interviewee by lying about that? This is one of the reasons why some parents in diaspora advise thier children to turn their backs on Nigeria. What this country called NIgeria has subjected people to. There is another side to the story. Nigeria/Nigerians no dey try.

Sportilitica:

How do we verify this? Who has seen his son play? Is he better than those taken. If what he says is true then our football is under threat

So, now it's about money, not career growth anymore? Is it not komekn that preaches about career growth being more important than monetary gains? Or does that apply only to the homegrown lads?

You people must be confusing Eze with Eden Hazard, because I don't see how he will start making all this money simply for agreeing to play for an overbloated English team. He would be a compound fool to join Abraham and Tomori on England's bench, because that is where he will end up. Even more, Maddison is playing the position he wishes to occupy, some people would call such a choice international career suicide.

The only thing komekn knows how to do is crucify homegrown kids for making certain decisions, while excusing his innit boys when they do the same thing.

Now, Eze is making this decision for his career, the same BS he sold us with Abraham. So, we should be chasing players that could switch upon us the moment England whistles at them? We are not doing that poorly in football, to start chasing after every other English player that's down on his luck. These excuses are useless.

For someone who has passed a law degree l am baffled. You murder substantive dialogue, you trample the logic of rationality and throw circumstantial probability to the dogs, you are neither methodical or measured in your approach.

I have called you out so many times but you shamelessly go EVASIVE. Once again l challenge you to give one post not two where I have denigrated Nigerian born players with bigoted double standard in making negative prejudice based deductions.

Your approach is to rant with emotive sentiment based rhetoric with in depth rancour. Unfortunately devoid of any substance.

But why l really am at loss, l could go into a lot of talk on paigets theory in psychoanalysis. But that would be an exercise in futility, as l dont know you and probably never will.

After all l am by your definition a senior citizen the possibility does not exist.

That being the case; Why your head deh Hot why u deh vex like this, Whaaaaten l do you ❓

So once again as l have done time without number, without response. l challenge you lawyer to substantiate your allegation in bold.

Please don't use conjecture or presumption birthed from your self and your own perceived notions. Just quote me verbatim please.

Finally, l would not describe Eberechi Eze as being down on his luck.

Otherwise happy Sunday.

Ebere Eze has been on our lips. He could have easily got a competitive call up long ago considering we've had only Iwobi as AM, when Mikel was observing his sabbatical from SE. There was no better AM out there. We cried Eze Eze.. today he is even perfoming better than then. He was devoted to Nigeria, and there is absolutely nothing wrong if he has second thoughts for whatever reason whether sensible or not. He is human to have second thoughts.

Agreed without reservation

I sometimes wonder how Aina felt after he was dropped for the World cup. Particularly when a then impotent Echiejile was chosen over him.

This may be true.

But that doesn't mean to say that these deductions are without substance.

Look at a number of our players who claimed U16 in 2009 and you notice very little change. Shockingly some of them passed MRI at the time.

Go and look at Iwobi at U16 and look at him now there is clear and obvious difference in the way he look facial skeletal and otherwise.

What is annoying is the hypocrisy we all know that age cheating is rampant, endemic and wholescale across every sector in Nigeria.

Why then do people get up in arms when the issue of age cheating arises, in boisterous denial and hostile indignation.

Yes we now have MRI which has limited the degree of reckless and blatant age cheating that used to go on for years.

That doesn't mean it has now been eradicated yes limited but unfortunately until we have automatic birth data capture. It will always exist.

Why do you keep going back to 2009 when you can easily use more recent crops of 2013 and 2015 as example. Oga, this your stories are becoming trite.

Please start saying new things. undecided

Things have improved immensely.

Particularly in our U17 we actually have boys and not men particularly in the last 5/6 years and it seems to be getting better undoubtedly.

Your right let's leave the set of Omeruo where it belongs our dark history.

Watching Daniel Akpeyi play the sundowns and even the commentators are talking about his improved body language.

The guy is sending 50 yard dimes to Billiat like they are back passes. We must take advantage of this new found form.

We wish him well with his club. Sometimes, club performances are only as good as club performances

He has collected enough from over 200 million people.

Exactly man. It's not like we were loaded with attacking midfielders then.
It would be foolish to castigate the guy.

Simply because u re a Nigerian,aw can u just conclude dt way,fine he's playing below expectations @ d Moment,DT doesn't mean he won't perform better later

Oga, this is not an issue of "because u are a Nigerian".

NICHOLAS PEPE IS NOT ADDING VALUE TO THE ARSENAL TEAM THE WAY IWOBI WAS ADDING.

At the bolded, for a player bought for 72 Million pounds I should wait for another 3-4 seasons before I can compare him with Iwobi?

How much did Arsenal buy Iwobi for, that you are saying they should give the most expensive African player the same leash? Abi, is 72 million pounds the same as a few thousands?

Let me borrow from komekn, when a player is bought for a high price, he is expected to hit the ground running, if Arsenal wanted a player to grow into the game, they should have just promoted an Academy kid. Heck! Chelsea's team is filled with their Academy graduates and they are posting results, how can you make excuse for someone bought for 72 million pounds?

How can you say let him spend the same period iwobi spent at arsenal

You think 75 million is 25 million abi?
