Unfortunately Financing is not an option. Banks are better equipped for that kind of job and with good work histories should be available to people needing financing. Our core competencies is repairs and that's what we focus on. On the positive side, eherbal got a free repair from another party and that party may have better insight into financing in this environment.

Just joking. My people deserve all they get and more... Most of the time.

It makes sense why people resort to some of the things they do. But it doesn't change that sometimes it's penny wise, pound foolish. One has to think of ways to cater to that demographic. If it means in the future having a budget brand separate from our main brands that strictly deals in "rigging" and tokunbo parts to keep you going with full disclosure, that may be an option but one would have to do research to see if it is worth the potential problems. Yes, we know how to rig but don't.

At one point, EgunMogaji2 was talking about potentially opening an American style junk yard. If something like that was available, that demographic would be a lot easier to serve.

Nigerians are generally rude to public servants- drivers, waiters/waitresses, pump attendants...etc. Most Nigerians are!

I started from customer seevice at my former place of work, before I was moved to yet another unit I had to interface with customers. Was a bit lucky with the ladies- maybe they know we all have the same craze. So, they took their bad energies away from me, I only got the usual forming and phonetics from them. At first I used to get pissed, change my countenance- with time I started using silent treatment.

Right now, what I am very sure I will respond to is physical assault.

She was rude, definitely but let's try to see the other side for a second. It's 12am (there are legitimate reason why she could have been out at that time before criticism starts), she needs a ride in a somewhat remote location, she thinks she has one then the carpet is yanked out from under her. It's possible he wasn't the first one she had gotten who had also cancelled, she's frustrated and he just got it. She may have just gotten in an argument with her man and was upset and just wanted to go home, etc..

Again, she was definitely out if line but it doesn't necessarily mean that was typical behavior for her. Before you respond, read below and think.

Was at pelican hotel around past 12am, got a request at globus supermarket to take her within chevyview. Lolz, there is a reason it's called emotional intelligence, this is obviously what most people lack.
A driver refused to go an extra "mile" to pick up a rider and as such made the rider to make a degoratory statement which was totally uncalled for. Gazzuz on the other hand saw the statement as an ambiguous one but when a statement like that is made during conflict or slight issues, the statement tilts more to follow a certain narrative...
It is crystal clear that drivers are being looked down on, we have seen countless testimonies on this thread how riders belittle drivers, some riders send them to go buy yam while having their maids in the car and when a statement like "that's why you are a taxi driver" is thrown at you when there is a bit of ish, it surely means one thing... regardless of you try to look at it, it was bad of the rider to say such.
Stop trying to cover up things when it's obvious the statement was pun intended.
