Odoi was poor last night. Pulisic was the only attacker that looked likely to make something happen. Batshuayi no follow at all. If you know me well, you would know I. I'm not one who let's sentiments cloud my sense of judgement. I strive to be objective in my assessment of situations.

I have praised Lampard here consistently, I always point out his obvious progress, the adaptation to opponents, his excellent public man management, his attacking style of play and belief in youth.

Yesterday was the very FIRST time I criticized him because there were obvious faults of his which costs us the match.
In our previous matches we lost, I didn't criticize because the team played very well, there was enough done in those matches lost that made us feel that the results were undeserved but not yesterday.

Our team played quite poorly and there were changes he could have made to change the dynamics of that game hence my constructive criticism.

I don't wish our team bad, I can never do that, this loss really does pain me, worse so is the opponents we lost to, our major rival who we believed we stood a very good chance of beating at our home.

You certainly can understand why I would criticize Lampard. I certainly don't hate him and I wish him the best.
