Is this the solution ? So they can cause havoc between 8pm and 5am ? The solution is to ensure that the tanker bodies meet up with standard .Those pallatized bodies are meant to be built in a way that even when the tanker falls the content won't spill .

Abeg people should be held responsible for their failures .
