The VO is not convinced you will return , you have good ties in the UK. His a citizen and in the Army.
He already shows that by sending you money and housing you when you come.
Demonstrate you have ties. Secondly, get bank receipt for all those transactions that they didn't see. Get a reference letter from your Branch addressed to them that those funds all available to you.
But however 1M for a year. That's an average of 100k monthly. And you spend 100k for your family expenses. Do you see the issue? They didn't even state that, but it's one the reasons.
Your total annual salary is equal or nearly equal to your expenses. Now you also receive about 600k as rent . This comes yearly I suppose? The VO won't wait a year until you leave the UK right? I hope you see where they sight it from?
All the best

Thanks so much for the response.
My yearly turn over on the average is 1.2m tho it may be more than that sometimes as biz moves, however rent 600k making 1.8m and I spend 1.2m yearly... Or maybe I should reduce it to 80k per month.

Then can I reapply immediately and follow your advice on other suggestions?

Though each application comes with it's own merit. Reducing your expenses might help.
50k is better.
There should be sufficient fund in your account after the trip.

Applied myself. Everything ok just where they asked for what you earn yearly. I don't know how I thought it was monthly. I put monthly income amount there instead of summing it up and stating the yearly income.
I sent them a mail. I don't know if they can update or I should just cancel it and loss the money since biometrics was done yesterday

Hello house,

I have a child with a US passport. He has never been to the UK has he was born last year. For those who have children with US passports how do you manage travelling to the UK. I know its Visa free for them. Do I need to hold just the US or both Nigeria and US?

Which one gets stamped at Nigeria? Us or Nigeriam?

There must be evidence that you give the family monthly allowance

Hold Both.
US and Nigeria allows for dual citizenship.
They meant need the Nigerian passport for confirmation. But however the US passport would be stamped for entry.

Evidence like what? Most people withdraw cash and give wifey weekly or monthly. How will they show evidence?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by ozymes: 11:41am On Nov 01, 2019
It should reflect in an account......He who asserts must prove. Remember that your documentations are the only thing that would be speaking to the VO on your behalf.

That is a fallacy of hasty generalization.

That's part of Monthly expenses.
I believe the money is used for the Home.
That should be categorised as Monthly Expenditure.

hello house,
how can someone sponsor a housewife for uk tourist visa. the wife is not working and no regular income

I have applied for my mum who is a housewife in the past so let me share what I did:

1. On the application form...she filled unemployed and wrote in the additional info that....she is a home maker. She does not recieve an official salary with payslip as the monthly maintenance comes from allowance she recieved.

2. If you don't have proof of pay into her account...state that she recieves the monthly stipend as cash. Then include your six month bank statement with a cover letter that contains a form showing and stating six times over six Mo th when you withdrew cash with date.

I.e. Date....amount withdrawn. And then quote in the cover letter that you handed the cash to your madam to as allowance.

3. Provide marriage cert. And if not available.....use children birth cert with both parents name to proof as well.

If you don't have any of these....I would advise...consider waiting for a while and send her monthly allowance directly to her account instead of cash

I am not a guru...I am also seeking info here...but I hope some of this helps.

Please if you filled to pick up your passport yourself during biometrics, will they still send dispatched mail or i should go there and pick it up myself after the concluded mail?

Are you tracking your application online?
Then when it's ready for pickup, you would be notified, then you can go pick it up.
