Click on the mi 10 logo 5 times, it will activate additional features
then click on the 3 dots
Select "choose update packages"
Navigate to the file.
make sure u have active data

Miui 11 User's...

We all love wallpapers and ofcourse we change them as our prefrences. But ever you think why? Because we want to show our phone to others some attractive. In MIUI 11 we have introduced a new wallpaper section called video wallpaper. Now we can set video wallpapers as lock/home screen. There're 100,000+ video wallpapers available in MIUI Theme store. This's not end up now you can setup your own videos as wallpaper home/lock screen as well.

Steps:
Go to MIUI Theme App
Search Video Wallpaper
Now select your favrouite wallpaper
Now Download and apply

I don't understand why you guys will have an update but refuse to do that and if Xiaomi fails to push update for months, there will be lots of complain here.

You have like 2 more updates. One to 10.3.1 and from 10.3.1 to 10.3.4.

and when they receive miui 11 for 1.7gb ,they will say their own update is too high while others are low

It was pleasant!!
Why? I know you will ask.
He gifted me an earpiece piece that I didn't ask for.
He just ask me to review it and when I did and told him my observations, surprisingly he ask me to keep it. Make una help me thank am well well.

Downloading OTA seems slow.. So I tried switching sims, but the update disappeared.. Before I saw the link, and tried it.
