Please if one have to cash in a Property for about 50 to 60million Naira reason to cash in is that Property barely make 3million yearly after renovation and also sometime the Property stays empties for months before getting a tenant or tenant over stay, what will be a good business to invest atleast can attract about 1.2million net monthly, your advice will be highly be appreciated. Note this is inherited property

Funny enough I designed an ecosystem to keep the entire country clean, but one specially for Oyo state. Create jobs and receyle wastes. Testing running it on a micro level by Feb next year. Let's look to creating solutions to societal problems we see. As I'm mentored, the moment you spot a problem, you've found your calling and can create a business Sir.

I'm totally against completely phasing out plastics without deliberate mapped out plan on creating holistic solutions plastics use gives opportunity to.

All around our cities these days, in the absence of jobs, people pick plastics, sell them to factories. You need to see how waste recycling and management though unorganized and informal is improving lives.

I visited five dump sites collecting data earlier this year, and wastes is really improving lives. From rubber tyres to tin to metals to paper to plastics.

I really would wish globally we'll consider letting plastic live but I doubt the longevity of plastics. Lab-designed and enginereed fibre biodegradable plastics may replace plastics in few years
There's surely better ways of doing things and getting desired results without leaving trails of doom.
Banning should be a medium to long term plan and should be implemented in phases with mapped out campaigns in place.

See me see trouble oh. I'll begin to investigate the claims of impending ban on nylons and plastics to ascertain the fine details of the policy and when the ban will be fully effected. As of the moment, I will take the ban as pure noise. We need to learn temactical map put strategic plans that will replace plastics like would we be drinking coke from bottles cheesy

Polyethylene is a significant part of the entire Petrochemical industry, people saying phasing out of ethylene make we wonder if we understood its ramification.

Nylon is a very big industry an extremely big one.

no...

for now we shall wait n see what banks settle at.

soon stock mkt will take off and cbn will beg us to buy tbills again.

for now, open a money market fund with stanbic, fbnquest etc...

no upfront interest on those, but your funds will be secured untill the dust settles on tbills

Hmmm...
On the issue of TBs, government should actually be regulating the 'banks' and not the harmless citizens providing cheap loans to the government for a modest return. What we refer to as banks in Nigeria are actually mere business centres with little or no interest in growing the real sectors of the economy.

Hahahahaha. That's it. Business centres with no desire to grow the real economy at the expense of human development.

Ive maintained changing Nigeria starts with the Ministry of Finance overlooking the financial policies of the nation and not relegate financial issues purely to just bank CEOs under the CBN umbrella who have majotly selfish interests only at heart.

There is more to this than meets the eye. Seems what you are stating are for public consumption. It's understandable. PETROL STATIONS DON'T RELY ON 10 PER LITRE ISH.

Petrol stations buy from "bunkery" at a very cheap rate. They go there at times armed. I know a petrol station in Onitsha that is into it full time. (I know you must know about it.)

They also tamper with metres. If you take a 20 litre gallon to any station, at least 25 litres will be needed to fill it. Some stations have been sanctioned for this and I am sure those are the ones that didn't settle the inspectors ---- I think they are from DPR.

All these are first hand experiences.

If petrol stations sell or rely by the margins you are quoting, then 90% of stations would have closed. There are many stations here that can't sell upto 5,000 litres daily.

It's just like a governor contesting just because of salaries he will be paid --- not upto 1m sef.

But he will embezzle billions through contract inflation etc.

Almost all big money in Nigeria are from illegalities and standard breaches.

Am just laughing at our stupid banks that are most likely loving this new cbn idea..

by the time we all leave the 500 billion that is chasing tbills in our savings account for 2 months..

ALL of them will default on their DLR and they will pay better FINE!

who will collect loan at 23% with his whole life plus sureties ?

CBN will fix this mistake quickly..
