If Imay ask, why would a registered company be paying staff salaries by cash? Maybe for tax evasions....which is very bad. millyscent: |

My brother, you can apply for Canada online. If your visa is approved, you’ll send the passport to any embassy in the world within 30 days and it’ll be returned with the sticker. youngbilly1: 1 Like |

Hi everyone, please I have an appointment with TLS on Monday, 11th. But I just heard that day is a public holiday. I have tried to contact tls to find out if they'll work on that day but can't find any number for the abuja office and the Lagos number isnt going through. Does anyone have any idea about what happens in this situation? Do I have to amend my appointment or just attend on Monday? Thanks |

If ur sister cant afford a holiday she should not go to the embassy... be wary of all these sponsorships. If she is working and earns she shud give herself a holiday fully only if she is financially capable... if she cnt then she should not apply as she will be denied.. the embassy is ever ready to deny u if u do not have the financial capacity to a holiday in the uk... they dont need anyone coming to overstay or trying to access the funds of their country.. they wont allow u smell their borders... giselle237: Okay, thank you. She can afford the trip with her salary. Please how much can she state she want to spend for 6 or 10 days trip with her 200k salary? Her friend will accommodate and feed her. She also have her own house here in Nigeria. Please we need your input. Thank you. |

Is this for visa application or for tourist visit in a person with visa in hand? dilodavid: |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 6:12pm On Nov 06, 2019 |
200k is not her disposable income. She must subtract the amount she wants to state as her expenses monthly from this salary and then the amount she gets she cnt spend more than 2 times it on the trip. It is advisable tht this amount is substantial if not she will be denied and she shud not try exceeding 2 times d disposable income , nor having so little money left in her account afterwards. I Pennywise: It’s ridiculous!!! I even went to TLS today and they said my passport isn’t ready. Can they really try this in a saner clime?? I wish this organization is sued for damages. The event I applied the visa for has ended today. |

For family of 6, 2adult and 4kids. How do one book appointment without paying for all those extras. Self service. Can one book for the 2adult and just show up with the other children or each child need appointment too? I noticed that each date have like 2slots because afterlogging in with different email and booking for 2people, that time will no longer be available. Paying 42k for 6people is too much. Who knows how to go about this? Thanks |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 7:58pm On Nov 06, 2019 |
U dont need to put expensive amount... u are a tourist.. just make sure u have enuff money to take care of your accommodation and feeding... every other thing is secondary including shopping money. Use ur disposable income as a bar, dont exceed twice the amount for the cost of everything about this trip dilodavid: |

giselle237: Thank you. She earns 200k and spends like 26k monthly in Nigeria. Once she will be accommodated and fed by her friend can she say she will spend like 650 or 700 pounds from her own account without anyone contributing? Her balance will be like 1.4m by the time she will apply. |

Janechinem:This means her disposable income is 224k. Twice of it is 448k. Since her friend will provide letter and other documents to shoe he will provide accommodation. She can plan her budget for flight, feeding and sightseeing around 400k. You should also read across the thread for other key things. |
