The Court did not sit today.. The one presiding judge, the Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court on some official assignment. Matter adjourned to Wednesday 6th November 2019.

There are people here who were not invited for exams yet they are hopeful, some went for exams and not interview yet they are hopeful. Some did not even apply at all yet they are hopful.

There are people even after training will still be hopeful. It's better we say the truth for them to start detaching themselves......

Here is a link to what he said about court cases and litigations and how they have been able to settled them outside court. The GMD even went ahead to praise the legal department of NNPC for that because, settling of cases outside court saves them alot of money.probably that stupid PDP barrister has been settled outside court. Hence the reason for no news on the court sitting as of the 29th of last month as we expected

You think? Just wait until when APL's out and people who have their umbilical cords tied to this recruitment or have wagered their destiny on the balance of this recruitment do not receive their APLs. Then, you'd see them being vituperative with much fervour .
