Check your PayPal directly for your payments. The emails are being delayed due to technical reasons |

I would really like to resolve an issue please. I've not added a card to my new PayPal, the previous one was limited. Now, for the last 2weeks I've not received any payment from QA. What could be wrong please? |

I've been stuck with 2 and 3 ratings even when i thought i did a good job. The likes of Prenom, Samsard or anyone with a consistent 5,4 rating should pls forward some of their rated transcripts to my mail epadjensATgmailDOTcom. it'll be strictly to help me improve on my own end. Thanks in advance |

Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by Nobody: 9:14am On Nov 07, 2019 |
samsard:It is more about punctuations, capitalizations and sentence structure. The last redo i did went from a 2 rating to 1, with the rating notes saying the same thing. |

samsard:Boss,i tried transcribing today for the first time, according to the video its in segments. Are we now suppose to just edit and submit when we pick a call. what i saw is diff from the video i watched. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by samsard(m): 11:38am On Nov 07, 2019 |
HIGHESTPOPORI:The video is more like a best case scenario. With the best audio you'll get AI transcript that you may only need to edit and punctuate accordingly. But with some audios, there's either no AI transcript or it's mostly useless and you'd be better off typing it all. It just depends. 1 Like |

samsard:Am using a laptop, after I chose the work I wanted to do,I saw a red background with some words and audio. Is it just to edit the words on the red background and submit? How do I separate the customer and Rep? I was confused I had to release the call. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by samsard(m): 11:46am On Nov 07, 2019 |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Hit the enter button to create a new label and click on the label tag to change to anyone that's appropriate between rep and cust. Make sure things like 'am using' don't enter your transcripts o, if not you're heading for really bad ratings. Keep the FAQ open on a separate tab. Download that Blue Book of Grammar on Google in case you start receiving punctuation and grammar notes. 1 Like |

I am just so demoralized I made my first 8 calls and my average was 1.6. I shied away from qa for more than a month. Yesterday i decided to try again. I did my 9th call and was rated 2 . I thought i did well but alas i had so many corrections, sentence structure, misheards etc. I really put my best foot forward for that job. I don't know what to do. They'll probably kick me out on my 10th call. I really need some encouraging words . Should i go ahead and transcribe and be kicked out or should i start a fresh with a new account? Can i still use my Africard for the new account? |
