My own case is that WAEC added 5 years to my real age. Both day of birth, month and year didn't correspond. I have my affidavit, birth certificate, baptismal card and my primary school testimonial that carries my real age to back it up. I can't kill myself for waec.

Your own case is different, everything else tallies, it doesn't take a genius to figure out na screw up from WAEC. But in his own case, he wan forged every other document you mentioned

I know you will be in doubt if i told you falsifying your age has nothing to do with what you become in life. We should understand that we all have different stories to write with our lives. Some gets their dream job at 40, some as early as 20. One thing you shouldn't do is to despair. Just keep trying. Keep attending interviews and try to catch fun while you are at it.
However, while making efforts to be an employee of an organisation, never disregard the idea of being an employer yourself.
Bottom line is what is meant for you will never bypass you, and whatever bypassed you was never meant for you.

There are lots of job opportunities out there for 26 years old applicants only, if you are 27 you will not be considered. Even the outsourcing firms are on this age restriction too. I went to an outsource firm last month for job. One of the guys that work there checked my credentials and said 'you are 30, I told him I am 29 not 30' thinking there could be a chance for me to get immediate attention. The guy told me, there is an IT(information Technology) interview tomorrow which I would have sent your credentials to the HR but your age is against you. I was sad about this.

Now, my question is, "would there be any penalty for age reduction"? I am using WAEC and you know what that mean. I am planning to go to court for age affidavit.
