I knew something disastrous was brewing when we missed out on signing Tolisso.

It didn't take long before Bakayoko happened. The very day that transfer was made to Monaco's account was the day we had our chances of winning a silverware buried in the purgatory of 'HOPE'.

He doesn't have the innate ability to lead and connect with his teammates. Hardly do you see him charging his teammates to victory - Social problem.

He doesn't understand where his teammates are and when to make a quick transition - Tactical problem.

His touches are HARDLY quick, adventurous and accurate - Technical problem.

Despite standing over 6ft tall and possessing the body frame of his biggest fan, Nihilist, he still doesn't know how to shrug mates off the ball or even bully opposition players - Physical problem.

I am very sure the reason why he has a collection of hair sprays is because he is also battling some spiritual problems, most probably an ogbanje spirit.

The deed has been done already. We can take consolation in the fact that Loftus-Cheek is still out there receiving half of his wage from us. I am sure he'll dispatch the French scam from the starting XI anyday he is recalled.

It's far from a defensive problem, that team has no solid base. Ndidi, Youri, Maddison et al were just having a field day today.

There was nothing the defense could have done, they were never shielded well.

That said, Luiz is still good riddance.

I felt the same way around the first twenty minutes but as the game grew older I was like who needs him again. Our boys in the midfield of the park were absolutely immense today. It was just the kind of game I crave for. No too much playing safe, passes were direct af and every player were looking to beat their marker. All in all today's game was sweet for me.

Yes, i was more than impressed with that midfield in the 2nd half. That Kovacic pass, to Pulisic, before the goal, was from the gods.

Lampard definitely will have selection issues, i hope it won't derail the progress.

As far as I'm concerned, once you have McArthur and Milivojevic behind you, you are playing AM. I don't care if your club teamsheet says it's 4-3-3 and class you as CM.

I hope he won't be like Iniesta who denied ever playing AM his whole career due to his impotence in front of goal.
