2, allocating a portion of your airport to them..
3, giving them your communication spectrum for free..
4, giving them immunity from prosecution should they kill or destroy any Ghanaian owned property by Ghana laws this include, third party contractors and sub-contractors working for the Americans..

Let's take Ghana as example.Your GDP per capita is way above Tz. But,Tz looks more developed than Ghana.Why is that so? On Hdi Ghana is ahead of Tz.But when u walk around Accra or Kumasi will u see and feel those cities are more developed than Dar es salaam? Can u explain to an educated fellow like me the reasons?

1.We have about 7 tribes which are found in Tz& Kenya.So more folks have intermarried, so they go visit families
2.Language.More Tz fellows can't flow in English,so its easier to go Kenya than say Malawi or Mozambique
3.People spoke about Kenya for too long,most folks want to go and see.I should accept,Kenyans have branded their nation well than other folks like Uganda and Zambians
4.Tanzania does more business with Kenya than any other neighboring nation
5.Yes we have more attractions than Kenya or anyone in Africa,but u can't go see same stuff daily! Some folks prefers to go to see what others have.

I went to Gabon in 2009, there, there was light, water and food.. the people there look healthy and well fed which is a reflection of that electricity, water and food on them.. but reverse is the case in Ghana.. they claim the have these and that but their people look hungry and stunted..
