THE SPERM is fair, it could impregnate a ferile woman, though its not optimum, you should try and boost it. take fruits , antioxidants, vit e/c zinc etc.
it appears u didnt do mcs, that would hv told us if you have infection or not, cos sometimes, they say infection causes poor semen qualities

I asked the hospital to do a comprehensive test which will include MCs but they failed to do that because result doesn't state whether their is infection or not.

First Sunday of this month (3rd nov),to declare the month our pastor read from the book of Matthew 20:1-9, the parable was the workers in the vineyard, every November that's the scriptures our pastor uses, about a vineyard owner who saw some idle people about the 3rd, 6th and 11th hour of the day and told them to go into the vineyard and work and he will pay them, the 3rd, 6th and 11th hours represent the 3rd 6th and 11th months of the year and this is the 11month, and the vine yard owner paid everyone equally, so the vine owner is likely to be God, and I earnestly pray for my 11th hour miracle.

That same service he said start thanking God for what you are asking Him as if you have received it, so I started thanking God for my pregnancy/children instead of requesting.

Secondly, every 1st week of each month there is a programs our church holds know as week of spiritual empowerment, and the theme for this month is winning with prayers, and the topic for that week is "God Answers Prayers", day one of the programe I didn't go, I was down, did hormonal profile test and the result said I have high FSH, I stayed home, day 2 I went, and I prayed earnestly, day 3, devil came and said don't go, gave me reasons of no transport and offering, but at the dine minute I changed my mind, trekked to church, put 30naira for offering because that's all I had, trekked back home, i prayed, and prayed and prayed for God to remember me the way He remember Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth etc also at the close of the service our Pastor blessed mantle(handkerchief), and said they are miracle materials I place mine on my tommy and prayed with it, since then if its not on my tommy its under my pillow, so you see, I did nothing but God did it all.

3rdly I dreamt, that was last week, in the dream I saw Bishop David Oyedepo, and he laid hands on me and prayed for me, that was in the afternoon in the dream, in the same dream, this time in a program in the evening, Pastor David Ibiyeomie lay hands on me and prayed for me, when I woke I was like this is strange how in one dream this two great men of God lay hands on me and prayed for me, and I just prayed that God should confirm whatever they have prayed for me.

Every one has their time today it mine, but as God livess each and every one time will come, you know why Because the Bible said in the book of Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Have you tried tracking your ovulation days? If not track it and baby dance on your ovulation days, you can also try to do the test listed above on your own if you feel like because it is best to follow our mind.
I believe that the main thing that is causing the delay is out and soon you will testify, try as much as possible to take your mind off ttc for now, free your body and enjoy sxe with your oga before you know it, e go enter without you even knowing.

'a huge subserous nodule in the fundal wall of 7.3x7.1cm'
That's the top part of your uterus, any large mass there can cause an obstruction to your tubes.
You may need to concern yourself more with dealing with that before even follicular tracking. It doesn't matter if you're ovulating every month if sperm cannot meet egg.
My elder sister had a small fibroid close to the entrance to her uterus(cervix side) and for 2yrs+ she didn't conceive. She conceived 6 months after removal. Position of a mass matters a lot, no matter the size.

Is that Plus coll? Or should it be Pus cell?
Whatever it is, it's Numerous Pls find out if it's a mistake.

If indeed it's Pus Cells, then you obviously have an infection, cos that's mostly what affects motility & morphology when count is normal. Please note that even if your count is high but they are not able to swim straigt(motility) or are not properly shaped(mophology) then you cannot give anybody belle
You may have to do another Sfa in a better lab, so they can identify the exact organism causing you infection and treat it.

I'm typing this with great confusion, my hsg result says I have left hydrosalpinx, I asked questions here and was told to work on my tubes with serrraptese and the rest of them, which I've started making plans on how to get them by month end. my problem now is that my MIL called yesterday, said i should come to the village so I can start using herbs, i tried explaining that I would like to try other things first and she doesn't want to hear anything.
my question is does herbs clear tubes, I don't know what they will give me to drink there and I don't want more complications for my self.

Pls what does it mean when one have partial cervix stenosis from HSG scan report. Thank you

Who told her about the result of your HSG in first place? You both should know how she will react before informing her about the result. Speak with you husband to convince her to allow you take those supplement while praying along. Even if you must take herbs, you should know the type of herbs so as not to complicate things the more. Also apply wisdom so you don't have problem with your MIL. God will help us.
