For the phone number part, did you specify that you're not in the US cause that format is in US phone number format. If your phone number is 08000000000 You can try writing it as 8000000000

Yes, but make sure you plan to renew your Visa in Canada otherwise, you wouldn't be able to return back to the USA.

Its really hard to pinpoint the reason for your denial but try and be consistent in your second attempt. You first stated that your company offered you a renumeration package, now they want to provide a letter showing financial support for your masters program. Also, you want to support your Dad's SOA with your siblings own. All these reek of desperation and the V.Os will readily dish out the blue paper without thinking twice.

Not in the US yet but I think most guys renew their visas either in Canada or Mexico. fear dey always grip them to come to Nigeria for renewal.

There is a way to fill in another DS160 form and update it on your profile. The post below ......... I dont know if there would be an issue if its different but if you can change it then best to change it

Create a new DS160 from your old one, enter your old form number and if asked if you want to create another one, say yes(I have forgotten the exact word), then after filling a new form, update your new number on the visa page, print another appointment confirmation page. Ensure this is done at least 3 days to your interview.

That is the step 1.

Step 2 is to view the schools on the link one after the other, go through their graduate admission and scholarships page. Read the requirements and instructions and then apply if eligible.


There are over 5,000 universities in America, its efficient to do research by yourself instead of waiting for people to find schools for you

Since you have UK and US travel history, if you have never overstayed or abuse b1/b2, then you have a higher chance of getting an approved F1 visa
