Even the definition of Steven Johnson will tell you it doesn't equate to itching. That someone reacts to sulphonamides doesn't mean it's Steven Johnson. Kindly read up Steven Johnson please. Also check up pictures. I know you haven t seen one in real life

Treat infection( Urinary tract) and be using loratadine 10mg daily to reduce / stop the itching.

Damage on liver call also cause itching, many people dont know that they have HBV, the symptoms is just like that of malaria

It's a severe reaction that necessitates hospital admission and easily leads to death. If you make a differential diagnosis of Steven Johnson for a complaint of itch in an exam, I will fail you and you will resit that exam.
