Just an update

the PIN never got to work, I reset to factory using recovery mode
then , on boot, it asked for the Mi cloud account password- checked
google also asked for gmail confirmation which was done and phone is okay now

You are wrong. RN7 stock cam does not 'need' gcam in order to take great pictures. The 5 so called complaints were isolated incidents, even if they were up to 30,it is still an isolated incident because it doesn't register on the millions of people using RN7. It doesn't even reach 1% of the total RN7 users

But since you did yes I'm in my law course. And yes if you also had the time to check. You would have seen were I said "i am a LAWYER by profession ". This is a statement which those who are still in the course of study uses. And those who are through uses. It is only if i had said I am a LAWYER then I would have been guilty of impersonation. It wont avail you much trying to feed off others glory. And for me I have nothing to hide because I am not gaining anything or losing anything by replying to you.
