Pus cell is numerous. Did you treat infection of recent? You need to run culture test to confirm if there's active infection.
Motility is low and could have been affected by pus cells or the infection. Other parameters are good

I am sorry to say that the sperm quality is Poor.
It's most likely that it has been ravaged by infection(s) hence the high %age of abnormal shaped and dead sperm cells.

Kindly test and treat infections as soon as possible.
