Who is giving you people this kind of info sef. Or you don't know how to put it. I doubt you are part of this recruitment otherwise you ve have known that the portal is still open. Or are they trying to open what is open.? Or are they starting another application in January you mean?

Take note OND and HND holders are not placed on junior staff level but Senior Staff level. SSCE, TT, Diploma e.t.c are placed on JS level.

Amen....I hope so..It make sense for it to drop by month end or early december o...so resumption can be january proper. Experienced hires can have a month to resign and earn their year end bonuses. In my own estimation, I don't expect the GMD's "we will soon close out" to mean next year. It can be anytime from now. If not he should not have brought it up publicly and arouse unnecessary expectations among staff and the public. God strengthen us till then

I really don't know the procedure followed in the last 2012 recruitment. Cos it may mean experienced hires may have to resign without notice and pay off because of the three weeks orientation. Can a week be enough for the above 1000 people to be recruited?

Yes. With OND the maximum Senior Staff level you can attain is SS3 while with an HND you can attain the maximum level of SS1.
The only disadvantage of having HND as your Highest qualification is that you can't become a Deputy Manager or Manager except you have PGD/Masters.
Infact an HND holder in NNPC can be your supervisor even if you have BSC/MSC/PHD if your just entering the organisation.
