That is good enough reason. That is better than denying the obvious like your fellow countryman Vax. What is double phase meters. In Kenya you can split a meter for multiple dwelling if they are I think some 70 feet max - but each house in say an apartment will get their own meter. Some landlords in low middle class - single rooms - can decide to have one meter - and charge rent inclusive a constant service charge...maybe that is 'double phase'?

We heard Ghana doesn't like such multiple dwelling - they prefer to live in single bungalows - but now they have double phase meters?
