Hogwash, can you explain the Babcock rule that they broke? You could shout reputational damage but the same could be said of unplanned pregnancies by students or students drinking in beer parlour. Should those students also be expelled or suspended? Fact of the matter remains no school has the right to expel any student for conduct outside of the school's premises or assets. In fact, the school can be sued for not supporting a victim against leakers/hackers but again this is 9ja, shame won't even let the student involved fight the expulsion.

You can in no way blame the school. Every entity whether educational or our normal office place has set rules given at point of entry and every one is expected to adhere.

The school should not be expected to in any way defend the foolishness of anyone as even the school has an image to protect in this.

The girl made an avoidable mistake as she should have learnt from the errors of others and no one can be blamed for the repercussions. Not the school or even those who leaked the video. Curse those people all you want but understand that the first error was in making the video because the craving for sexual satisfaction beclouded sensible reasoning.

The school acted well within their rights and owe nobody any apology.

She may be stupid but she is a victim and as far as we are concerned, she did not break the rules of the school.
