When people tell you here not to come to Dubai abeg please don't listen ok, just get your visa(preferably 3months) then come when you reach Dubai your eye go clear well well. And as for the ones asking "why don't you come back" the answer is right there too in Dubai you just need to enter first then you will know what's up. Na Dubai you go see girls dey cry for road and you won't be able to offer any help cos ur own dey ur body sef, guys go for days without food and when you see your country people sef fear go catch you as everybody looks rugged and haggard, agent go carry ur money chop and if you are lucky enough to get a job the stress is out of this world. That your friend wey dey urge you to come you will be surprised you guys will hardly see each other anymore apart from the first week of your arrival cos the few wey get job are always on the 12hr job and the rest hours you just gat to sleep..[b][/b]The weather is not something you can even comprehend, drinking and bathing water na another issue, abeg just book your flight waka go. I bought 55inch TV(Display piece in the store) during sale for 200aed.

I am flying to Nigeria next month via Emirate airline, I have heard alot about custom duty, please advice on what to do.

Note: I already threw the carton away, but I still have the receipt. All TV accessories are still packed as new.

My major concern is custom duty, cos I heard some people said I will pay close to 50k, alot of rumors, please help a brother.

There are so many malls where you can buy clothes but good quality doesn't go with low price, though there will be a lot of Christmas promo, but if you're looking for very cheap clothes + cheap quality, then go to DAY TO DAY

Thanks a lot have seen number of days. Our main problem is his ND certificate is not ready. He applied since and the are yet to process it. He has HND certificate but they refused to give eligibility letter without ND certificate. He actually has the statement of result for the ND. Feeling really bad about the whole situation. Any suggestions on how to solve the issue will be appreciated!

Saw for Turkish air but a 2day journey and the cheaper flight one will have to connect at another airport which is 3hr from Istanbul airport. Also for egyptair calculated 223k using 365 as exchange rate. Would be glad if there is a way I can see prices in naira. Thanks awaiting ur swift response.

First go with only waec to attest and request for eligibility letter, note they will request for his school testimonial, then after getting the eligibility letter, he can go to attest his HND separately....it would be a long process but I guess that is the only way forward.
