Today makes it 1yr since i bought my machine (RN5) from our ever dependable and trusted MACBEYLAND,Who i never knew before this thread,it wasnt easy trusting your money(70k)in the hands of a total stranger whom you know nothing about,but he delivered in less than 24hrs from PH to awka,thanks for delivering this machine which was my first xiaomi phone,continue in your good work and don't let anything sway you into doing otherwise.
This phone is is damn sweet and worthwhile,started from miui 9(android8) to miui 10(android 9) and now to 11 which am sure will get to 13,that is to say we die here until 2020/2021 season

Please who else is experiencing fast battery drainage after updating to miui 11 on rn7.. before my battery last me more than 24hours with 4G network on(I don't off my network) apps running on the background, normal phone usage...after updating last night my battery started draining fast..in 1 hours 30% gone without doing anything

Reboot several times or download the full ROM and flash

Don't charge it. Take it to a repairer to clean it properly.

Good morning. I just got my Xiomi Mi note 10. But im unable to install Google Play Store. And also there are a few chinese app on it. Pls what can i do?

this is not mi note 10 but mi cc9 pro which is the China variant of the note 10,so you have to side load because no China variant phone comes with google services

Xiaomi Did one thing perfectly right and that's Redmi 8 battery.. Been on 4G for over 1hrs non stop.. It still retains its 100%

Some persons have had battery improvement. Flash the full ROM again and reboot several times

BATTERY CALIBRATION ���


1- Download "Ampere" on Play Store

2- Open the app and charge your phone up to 100% (important: you should only proceed with the calibration when "Full" appears in Ampere)

3- Keeping your phone connected to the cable, go to your file explorer and then "/data/system" and delete "batterystats.bin ", " batterystats-checkin.bin" and "batterystats-daily.xml"

4- Reboot your phone (plugged yet) and charge it till "full" on ampere again

5- Unplug the cable and use normally your phone till its shutdown (0%)

6- Charge your phone up to 100% with it turned off

7- Turn on your phone (plugged) and charge till "full" on ampere

8- Unplug and enjoy!

My phone is not rooted so I believe it's the full rom/update I downloaded. As for the roboot I did only once..I will give it a try again..thanks

Why? It's about time you start exploring with other roms to compensate for that feeling of obsolescence

No MIUI 11 yet for RN8 if I'm not mistaken
Still on out of box ROM (i.e. MIUI 10.3.5)
I've tried several method for calibration but to no avail,

I've seen 10hrs+ SOT online
Dnt knw wats wrong wit mine

If only I've gotten it from a reputable store, I'd have returned it

For those experiencing bad image quality when sharing pics on whatsapp especially screenshots, i would suggest getting a modded whatsapp ( I prefer YoWhatsapp). They usually have the option of turning off/ adjusting image compression
