What gives you the confidence that the owners are clean?

When I started getting my hands dirty in order to be financially free, I began to meet top wealthy men /CEOs in Nigeria gradually because certain illegal or semi-clean transactions connect us.

These are men that are well packaged in the society that you would think even mentioning fraud/scam or anything illegal would be so embarrassing to them.

Having a legal business doesn't stop most people from illegals.

changing the topic....i was on verge on developing an e haling app to allow for keke to be ordered for 2 years in a state with 300 k marwa so I was hoping on just ten percent keying in and providing drop services at 300 naira and me generating only 20 percent as income ...i estimate an income of 1.8m daily ...then sell app to uber or taxify for 5 million dollars and but euro bond and retire .....

Several investment partner couldn't comprehend my ideas .including app developers....so I kept contacting several venture capitalist firm out side Nigeria didn't get an good respond .....then boom a Chinese firm opay is using same strategy in several northern state to make a kill

Well, I don't know what you meant by app developers couldn't comprehend ur ideas because as long as you know what you want, you only need to tell an app developer the "functions" you want on the app.
An app is just lots of functions put together to make a whole.

-That he setup Springfield Aviation Company LLC a shell company in Atlanta,USA. And sent an invoice to Air Peace in Nigeria from Springfield Aviation Company LLC and used that invoice to generate a letter of credit. Through that letter of credit he was able to transfer funds from Nigeria to USA.
-Out of the $20 million dollars he was able to transfer through the letter of credit, $16 million dollars was transferred to several different bank accounts and not used for the intended purpo

It is highly likely that the guy is laundering money for politicians. What do you think?

Also, I'm not sure anything is going to come out of that indictment. If he doesn't doesn't visit the US, would the US government ask Nigeria to extradict him to face charges?

How is this possible in Stanbic?. I know Stanbic normally place a hold on the amount you bid pending when the auction is done. So will the bank place a hold of 65m or 6.5m on your account?.

This morning I was in a branch of FirstBank and was told that they can't give out any form because they have not been asked to then I went to a branch of Zenith Bank closeby. In that Zenith branch I was told that they have stopped doing investing in TB for customers. They said they only do Fixed Deposit for customers now.

Fellow TB brethren, I greet you all. Now that TB interest rates are continuously dipping, please can anyone here kindly suggest a viable and profitable business that one can do? Money must be productive and not be dormant. I don't want to leave money doing nothing in my accounts.

I understand that this thread is mainly for TB but the bottom line is to make more money for ourselves.

Sensible leads and suggestions are highly welcome.

Stocks for those who has the knowledge.
You can also venture into Ghana tb currently doing about 17.5% p. a provided you can obtain the required documentation (residents permit).
You can also convert you fund into hard currency $,£,€ etc and do eurobond (you preserve you loot in case of devaluation of naira by our voodoo economist cum cbn gov)

Some microfinance bank are also returning attractive % depending on your risk appetite.

Was at first bank today, there is this investment called: liquidity management note (i think it's under mutual funds) , minimum to invest is 5 mils, it range from 30days to 90days @6.5/7%. Has anyone ever invested in such before? The % is fixed and doesn't fluctuate like mutual funds

Nice list, but I just want to stress that fgn bonds and eurobond are extremely difficult to invest in.

Fgn bonds .. no clarity on the terms of subscription in relation to capital.


Eurobond easy to open only with stanbic but incredibly difficult to top up
