You subtly lobby to keep the post when you envision a bright future and you do this with your body language/non verbal cues. Rohr is not necessarily after money like some shortsighted and visionless African coaches who have no interest in living a legacy but want quick money to stuff their pockets. Unlike Africans who eat while the pot is still on the fire white people think about future. He want to make history as the white man who was the first coach to lead an African team to world cup glory....common, brother you are brighter than this. That man want to steal the sweat of our indigenous coaches.

Sorry o but the bolded is not bad at all.
He has our blessings. It's a symbiosis scenario

I think you would quite agree with me that playing in a lower League system status should not necessarily be the yardstick for measuring the quality or otherwise of football players.

For I want to believe that Our NPFL can't be rated in the same class as the 20th place SERBIAN League in Europe by any standard but it's the same League that has produced super stars of AFRICAN Ney WORLD Football before?

Besides, Some Players that can be regarded as Lions in lower or poorer clubs by virtue of their consistent outputs and displays needs International invitation and engagement for them to strike luck with bigger clubs and contract signing like it has been observed with many other Players around the world

I hope you get my point.

I appreciate your position.

But I AM VERY CONCERNED, we are Nigerians if there is loophole for abuse, then guaranteed Nigerian will abuse it.

The SE is not the platform for players to progress thier failing careers.

Selection must be fair, measured and objective.

It's what you do in your club and league with consistent, continous and top performances that's gives the basis for selection.

Consider the bold, this has been the bane of the NFF over the years, infact historically. Coaches officials now use it to leverage the careers of the players they have interest in. This goes to the highest levels of the NFF. We know what happened with Shittu and Tony Harrison. There are others but no need to mention names.

It's a recipe for the enthronment if corruption which is still rife in the NFF. Even at youth level it's rampant.

Sadiq case is outside of my normal proposition. Because he has had several years in top 10 leagues but been adequate at best. Another year in a sub 15 rated league in Europe was woeful and now he goes to a sub 20 rated league in Europe and is outstanding. It may be that's his level.

He has to be tested at a higher level before deductions can be made.

The SE is for the best players Nigeria can get.

The difference between the Nigerian origin players from the UK or Europe. Is that they do not need the SE to bolster thier careers, it adds no value to them. Unlike players born and home grown from Nigeria, who need that SE for thier careers to progress.

If you do well in your league and club and are outstanding then recognition and the £££ big pay out will come. Classic examples Dele Alli league one MK Dons to Tottenham. Ngolo Kante, Mahrez, Gomez, Ademola, etc.

I remember George Abbey played RB for the SE but that didn't help his career the highest level he attained was league one.

I am very positive that come end of January or before Eberechi Eze will be in the SE. And Iwobi will have some serious competition.

Imagine if it was Southgate that had gone through all this trouble.....I doubt Eze would have given him the same answer.

Why can't we understand that this guys don't want to rep Naija. Its like dejavu all over again (as it was with Tammy)

I have talked about the football dynamics and value associated with branding and national team selection. The leverage used to get the long term contractual agreement etc.

But you seem not to have understood these dynamics.

How many of these boys have you spoken too and how many if thier agents have you spoken too.❓

I expect more depth of understanding from you at this stage, you are talking superficially.

Pinnick should try and contact a player like Alhassan Yusuf in sweeden if eze keeps snubbing him. I am not saying he is better but at least, he is available and decent. i read he is the best player in the sweedish league and he is only 20. We should give him a chance and let him prove what he can do instead of chasing shadows

Exactly my point. You don't even need to go after anybody. Instead, whenever any Player or Players are being discovered, simply feed the NFF's technical department with the details so that They can keep monitoring him or them while also notifying the SE manager about it through the said department as far as the Players in question have at one time expressed interest in playing for NIGERIA because they would always be asked by journalist.

Now, you would be seeing receipt of expenditure for the said engagement trip including those involving TAMMY &TOMORIs failed trips

It's a pity seriously

Soon Eberechi Eze will be playing for Nigeria, my expectations before the end of January or sooner.

You really don't know your NFF officials.

And by now you should know London is like another state capital of Nigeria. They come to London on any excuse and a few of them have houses here.

But will still stay in hotels at NFF expense a very Nigerian mentality.

We did not have players. You have no concrete reason to call Keshi corrupt. Nothing caught up with Keshi. It was a lot of problems from his non payment, NFF repeated battle including sacking him while on the qualifiers, players owed bonuses and injury. We were totally hampered by the injury of Hope Akpan who had shore up the defence.

So what will you call Mikel leaving the team by Rohr? Fantastic man management? Sometimes senior players do not agree with the direction of managers. Leaving is the right thing to do for the health of the team.

I have information of some of the things that happened during Keshi's time. It certainly was not pure. NFF played a part as well with irregular payment of wages, i guess.

Rohr has never had a public spat with players regardless of disagreements. Keshi and Oliseh did.

For goodness sake, can't we focus on the Players that are also doing very very well and are ready to done the GREEN WHITE GREEN colours of NIGERIA rather than going after people that are not ready for Us because of some certain supernatural privilege of birth?

When others are yearning for the opportunity to use the SE exposure to booster their Club career and ego?

Anybody that is not self-submitting to get SE Experience, exposure and fame should be let alone and no hatred should be extended to them over their decision Period! Rather than subjecting us to mockery amongst the committee of footballing Nations

You make it very simple but it isn't. There are other considerations. Eze is looking to get a new contract or a transfer in the summer. He stands to earn more staying with England for now than switching to Nigeria. It is all a strategic move to increase earning. This is what their agents tell them. It is not about not wanting to play for Nigeria.

Sorry I had to quote long And permit me to reply by numerical reference.

1. Thanks for that and yours is no less valid

2. No need to be CONCERNED for people are ready and willing to do the right things when encouraged

3. I don't think SADIQ's is an example of a failing career right?

4. Absolutely. Selection to SE must fair, measured, objective and without bias nor favouritism

5. That is it. Irrespective of the League as far as it's is majorly recognized and Well rated in quality and management

6. Remember I said very very well and not anyhow Players because of interest and career leverage. Remember that media coverage is key for Players profile boosting, hence the Big money luck from the anticipated SE exposure for the Very very well playing footballers in obscure places and not the average ones

7. I'm not always bothered by the corruption instinct in NFF as far as the Players being proposed are always doing well for NIGERIA.

8 Happy that SADIQ is outside of your normal proposition and what he needs is that exposure to the higher level that SE can guarantee

9. Of course NIGERIA had offered KANU the opportunity of being tested at ARSENAL before, after INTER MILAN refused to following a discovery of heart trouble.

10. SE is definitely for the very best. I agree with you on that.

11. Not that foreign groomed doesn't need the SE for career progression though but what they needed is exposure and they have it already unlike the home grown but they certainly need SE to bigger clubs after probably emerging victorious in any organized tournament

12. Dele Ali, Kante, Mahrez, Gomez, Ademola etc as mentioned, all have the media exposure already because they are not in Serene Leagues but the SE is a sure bet to equally expose those doing very very well

13 George Abbey wasn't a superb talent to be classified as among those I am referencing. I he is part of the anyhow foreign grown I once described on this thread.

14. Let's hope Eze turn out for NIGERIA at the end but left for me, There is no need stressing ourselves over any naturally unwilling soul for the GREEN WHITE GREEN

Wow Sadiq is almost top of the Serbian league.

Serbian league rated 20 in Europe what does that say. He may get an opportunity to move to a better league to prove that he has quality. It's an indication that he is improving but not conclusive.

After his disastrous outing in the Scottish league with Rangers where he was comprehensively woeful. He has dropped down a few levels and is doing well, but is it good enough. There are still questions.

Osimhen dropped from Bundesliga to a Belguim league rated 8 in Europe. He then moved up to French league rated 5 and he has kept the consistency although there is a long way to go. He has shown great progress in effectively his second season of competitive first team football.

But a league rated 20 in Europe is simply too low too make deductions of true quality. Let him move to at least a top 10 league before any real deductions can be made.

It will be an insult to players who are doing so well in other leagues rated far higher.

What's the evidence that Sadiq failed at rangers ?
How many games did he even play?

The same Eze stated clearly that he wanted to play for Nigeria at senior level on QPR TV when he was first invited to England under 20. That video was later taken down.

Like i said, it is not simple. The club and Eze gain more financially if he sticks with England now especially with a potential premier league move in the summer.
