All the best bro. Most schools do give out admission quite late. When are you expected to start lectures?

Forget it Bro. Please don't put yourself under intense pressure especially for what you have no control over. It will take a miracle to meet up with that deadline

I actually know of someone that got her visa in 15 days. But study permit. I think it depends on the visa category

Not everyone's passport is delayed.

I applied on Oct 2nd and passport return on Oct 9th with Visa denied. Reason bank Statement not valid for 3 months. I did 1st to 31st of three months instead of 31st to 31st

I reapplied Nov 6th and and got my passport with multiple entry Visitor's Visa back on the 13th of Nov.

Each application took exactly one week. I have never been to SA.

This is amazing. You really have no idea how favored you are Sir. 2 applications treated within 2 weeks can only be be described as amazing.

I am a Public Servant.

Most likely my work and travel history contributed to my favorable application. I have been to the US multiple times and still have a valid US visa, other countries I have been to are UK, Schengen countries , New Zealand , Dubai and India.

Hello all
My 7months old daughter got her passport today with a 3 months multiple entry visa on it .Approximately 3months after i submitted for her. Mine came out 10 working days after I submitted but she wasn't given due to certification of her birth cert and all...
Wishing all applicants all the best.

I plan to take an exam on SA come Feb 2020.Please I'd like to know the visa approval rate.I have a virgin passport.Less than 2m bank balance and I'm in the health sector. Most likely will my visa be approved ?And what's the timeline. This exam is also taken in Asia and visa approval rate is 99 9% but due to obvious reasons I wanna settle for SA

Apply now!!
Official time line is 6-8 weeks but majority takes longer than that.

But I think its better you go the Asia route.

Good evening nairalandas please I need to confirm something from preferably people that hv applied for South African visa previously ,I got a message yesterday after waiting for almost two months now which reads "Processed Visa Application Reference no. ***** is ready for collection at The South African Visa Application Centre Plot 110, Admiral Ayinla Way, 3rd Roundabout Lekki Phase I Lagos on 25/11/2019 .Collection Timing is from 11am to 3pm." It only means that your passport is ready for collection. The message (or VFS as a whole) does not say whether or not you've been granted Visa. I wish you the very best. Please share your testimony tomorrow to encourage others on this platform. grin
