Women palaver be this.. No professionalism attached!
But OP am so sorry.. You lacked the sincerity of purpose! You were just playing the school to continue getting paid and still dictating time you wanted to leave in advance so you could stay.. You're always playing a fast card! High level of insincerity!
But what I like is that you told the truth to us and was courageous about it!
What did you study and what's your highest level of qualification?
Alaye seriously! How did you come by all these conclusions, did you read that post well or you are the said boss undercover.

So what is sincerity of purpose to you, than all that's said here.

Fast forward till today, i was given another deal on Monday, i was told to come on Wednesday to do the job. That same Monday, i was told by some teachers there that there wasn't supposed to be any negotiation that i should be doing those things for free, that we are family,im not a real artist. Still, i was expected to come today and do the art stuff.I still came since the deal was still on and the boss hadn't actually said i wasn't recieving payment today.

I went there and guess what, the proprietress was with those two teachers that said those things to me on monday. She asked me why i came to visit, as if there was no deal today. They all just kept quiet and ignored me. I gathered courage and asked " how about the art job and the deal i was supposed to be paid for? " The proprietress just said there was nothing. They could have called me to tell me but no, it was sweeter to have me arrive, look like a beggar, ignore me and then tell me bye in high snobbish voices as i was leaving. Why did they humiliate me?

Aww. I'm so sorry. I felt bad reading this. Perhaps they've poisoned the proprietess's mind against you. This is why it's good to be prayerful. Those two bastards should have slumped and died on their way to meet the proprietess.

You have no visible talent in your place of work and you also lack the fundamentals of common sense. You place no value on yourself and like a coin, you are being tossed and teased out of position, comfort, and schedules.

Anyone who offers no value receives no respect and anyone who places no worth on self will not be prized.

A fine artist with creative imaginations and the ability to draw but lacks the power to draw herself out of her own shadows.

With the eyes of a goddess and a nose chiseled into fine lines, you have both the incredible power of looks and creativity. Dont let anyone treat you like trash.

Lo so sorry my dear reminds me of my own little painful expenrience I had.

I was doing my IT then and decided to hustle side by side with a lecture job so I got one through the aunty that lectures my aunty kids .
two kids with a pay of N8.5k for me it was more than enough I took it, the woman was paying on time jejely and was able to understand whenever I wasn't around that I was also doing my IT so I heard about this lecture close to my house that was willing to pay 15k .

guy man rushed and found out that the new lecture which covers primary, jss and sss and jamb would also run for 6days in a week even worst the man was using a rented apartment so I went and I got the job as the science teacher, he asked for our acct number saying he prefers to pay through acct.

Lolz Omon after the first month of slavery teaching, my uncle parked out of area with children money and sent 6k to our account, I was able to confirm he sent same from the other guy who called me to ask.

before I say lemme return to where I was getting N8.5k bus Don pass me.

hahah good old days lessons learnt.

I might be wrong tho. I am not above erring!

I read all thru tho and I think I spotted where she declared she wasn't up to the real task she was engaged to do. That's lack of sincerity to the purpose she was engaged for. That's the cause of all her travails

She opted for a typist job and she could not meet up instead of resigning she started camaraderie to cover her lapses. I think that's what I read and conspicuous in her write up.

God will help you ,some jobs are just time wasting.a job that you can't have peace of mind is no job..A job where you earn 80k but spend half on transportation and feeding is no job..most people are currently doing jobs just to avoid boredom.I pray we all get our desired job.You will do a job where you can even have spare 20k to give ur family monthly?..it is well

Thanks. Even if i get employment in another place, once i leave i am not coming back. They didn't even tell me the deal was off, they let me come back and then ignored me. It wasn't enough that they let me off the main job early and i still came to do something small. It was just that they wanted me to look like i needed them, they needed the last memory of me to make them look superior. I dont blame them. I could have left and never come for anything but they had to do it this way, ignoring me.

On the proprietress part I don’t think it was intentional bt for the other little teachers, I call them little because of how conniving and stupid they think, they were just jealous of the Favour u had with the proprietress. These are how sm sad humans think. They are never happy with the success or achievements of others.

Ure not hungry, neither are u a beggar, Ure rendering a service. U honored an agreement which they initially agreed to and decided to break without pre notice. The image dent isn’t on u bt them. U kept ur end of the bargain they did not. Ur reputation is intact. Be proud of urself. Cheers

Sorry about that, it's really not easy starting again. Your best option is studying outside because the land here is dry and hard.

If you must start over here, please, make it a private school since age isn't too friendly right now.

Wish you Goodluck not Jonathan.

Nobody knows it all. Most of us here are unnecessarily harsh on this lady and it's bad. She made honest mistakes which she owned up to and sought out ways to rectify it and some people are here judging her thereby ignoring her talents.
Pls learn lessons from what has happened and move on with life because what is ahead is more beautiful than what you have experienced.

Office politics at play. When those ladies suggested that you should do the job for free, you should have asked them how you would take care of your needs? you would have told them that you're struggling and independent plus you need the money to get your bearing also saying if it's not that you needed it you would have done for free. What I'm teaching you is how to appeal to people's conscience despite politics. At least one of them would have reasoned with you and their plan against you would fail. Learn how to play politics, be wise.
