Successive coaches have come and gone but none of them deemed it fit to replace the players thus your argument is faulty. Pep has discarded a lot of average players at City. Klopp has done same in Liverpool but our coaches don't seem to think it's the players fault. Isn't it logical to blame the coaches then?

So if a player is playing poorly or declining it is Ole’s fault but if a player is improving it is because of desire and has nothing to do with Ole.

When I see changes in that player movement on and off the ball, decision making, etc. That is something that the player was not known for ever before. Not like he lost form or trying to adjust to a new team and players. For example Sterling wasn't prolific before, you get the gist

I want my midfielders to be able to open up for passes, hold on to the ball under pressure, have eye for through pass, good off the ball movement, split defense etc. Not just trying to be everywhere and nowhere while the attack and defense suffer
