Installing Global rom will NOT rectify the hardware features missing on the Chinese version.

The distinction between the two versions is officially from Xiaomi.

Still awesome value for money though. Was only wondering if I should just wait for a device similar to RN8 pro that ships Android 10 out of the box. At least that would mean it would get Android 11 eventually.
