Pogba is the best midfield player at United now. If Fred and Mctom continue in this form till the end of season, Pogba as an attacking midfielder can wreck havocs upfront. We only need a good striker and decent midfielder come January and we are good till next summer transfer window. I still think Haaland and Bruno should be acquired.

If Matic, McTom and Herrera cannot “unlock” Pogba,
Fred cannot either.

Go back and check my posts. I was solidly against selling him at the beginning of this season because we cannot just afford to lose him at that time despite his public flirtings with Madrid. Many fans here were against me.

But now our midfield has improved compared to last season and we can afford to let him leave. We can’t manage without him before, now we can.

We still need more midfield signings though.

City also found a way to play without de bruyne last season, that doesn't mean if he comes back from injury dem no go give am starting shirt again, If you're good, you're good.

and fyi we're not triumphing anything, we just drew against two teams that came from the championship.

Don’t kid yourself.

An injured player won’t turn to maradona overnight. They’re still the same players fans were cussing whenever they’re on the pitch.

Pogba can’t match McTom and Fred’s work rates. He’s got better quality than them though. But if you’re a genius and don’t want to put the work in you’re going to be useless.

He isn’t mobile enough for the AM role too. He’s a conundrum.

If we get Haaland and Bruno we’ll be much more improved.

The difference is McTom. Period.

If Mcatom played against Aston Villa (instead of Pereira) we would’ve gotten a better result. And performance.

Like i said earlier Garner is more like Carrick in style while Levitt is more like Scholes.

They might not have the quality of those legends but are similar in their style.

Levitt’s understanding of possession passing is better and is short n long passing is better too.

Problem is his lack of size n pace which means he might need more time to develop physically.

Garner is bigger, stronger, tackles and intercepts better and has overall better defensive game than Levitt. A much higher potential than McTom if he stays focused like the Scotsman.
