My guy umidigi a3 pro is seriously heating up these days and it drains the battery anytime it is heating up. There is no strange app installed. Anybody with solution to this pls?Note:phone has been perfectly working for months now until now,there is no pending software update |

shayubobo: Anything could cause this heat up, from network providers limitations, to apps gone rogue, device malfunction etc etc Run device in safe mode and observe..... In safe mode, all 3rd party installations would not function............ |

Collected my Umidigi A5 pro from Jumia on 18th November... just last Saturday after receiving calls, phone went dead. I thought it was battery but connecting charger didn't solve the problem... tried other chargers, phone didn't come up on... as in phone just packed up... called jumia only to be told I can't return cos its more than the 7days return window but I should visit a 3rd party service center in Lagos... Gave a technician whom said I need to replace the board. Guys anyone with similar experience but was able to solve the issue? I will appreciate suggestions or referral on where to change main board |

quinSonia: Umidigi is near stock android and doesn't use a launcher, they have a very thinned down UI which gets the job done. A lot of us actually use third party apps, so look around play store and see what suits ur taste. |
