Abeg my Ogas, make una help me reason this matter. A friend bought a Nigerian used Corolla. During document checks, it was discovered that the custom papers was not there. Owner said it was lost, but that the police report covers it. No issues since he has been using it in Lagos. But now he wants to travel out of state and he's wondering if it would be safe to do so. Would the police report cover for that? |

pope191: Biko, let's not blame the rider for getting scammed; just as we will not blame any driver for getting scammed. Let's bombard the driver's line with calls, sms, and WhatsApp messages. This driver should refund the rider. 1 Like 2 Shares |

nitigriti: Not blaming boss, sure I'm calling the guy... Just starting the obvious, even Bolt can not pick this up, they can only block the account. People need to understand dis things about both just being a link from point A to B, so at that moment ur safety is important. On Saturday a lady threatened me and I am still waiting for the outcome. I got a request from her and after the normal ritual, I humbly ask her destination, she said do I have to know, she is not saying, when I start the trip. I gently let the phone call end in peace and cancel d trip... She called back and start blabbing, I made her understand her right which I respect without any fuss and I've done wot is behind my right, she should learn to respect. She went all out on me saing I should get off d phone, then I sent her a text asking if she can't see how stupid she's being... Next I receive a call blab blab and action she would take. Long story short, we both had no contract under Bolt, the moment I end the trip, she should move on with her life, while I go do same any other entitlement she's looking for, is just another way to ridicule herself. Yes we can all join force to see what we can do to get the money back, but I'll advice d rider to b careful of riding with drivers that have wrong info 3 Likes |

Rubbiish: Sure I know, I use/d to ignore such, but I saw her attitude coming, soh its like meeting a prepared mind. They have takin dis job as a lowlife thing to d point of feeling they can throw anything at driver and expect u to take it without blinking. I'm not d type dat burst grape in fruit fight, if I tell u sometin, best believe its coming to existence, some times u have to get ur ego on, so ppl will understand no one has monopoly over madness, dat particular drama goes beyond Bolt cos we r off it... It now life after Bolt, made her to understand while I recite her address into her ear again, I'll come personally for her if she don't control her stupidity, won't say more then that. Abi no b lady's wey go see rat/cockroache deh shout Jesus! A little power or in groups deh start acting lioness Special thanks to the 5 girl's I picked on a 1k trip today, loud volume, snap chat, uncontrolled chats and laugh... Its only God dat can help one to raise females in dia prime. 4 Likes 1 Share |

pope191:Bro I concur with Rubbish. If I were you, I won't answer her calls. Request cancelled, transaction ended. Once my uber phone Rings when am not online, I will never answer. Cos there's no reason why my uber phone should be ringing when I've got no request. End of each day, I clear my logs. Whatever happened the previous day, I can't remember. I don't care. Ending all trips, concluded all transactions with riders. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

1daboi: @1daboi, are you interested? I'm calling it quit December 31st by God's grace. Its like one need a special kind of training to drive in Lagos : from LASTMA's trap to a girl stealing my money in my car arm rest to FRSC sitbelt fine. Nna, i am tired, i cannot come and kill myself. In between there's something i have observed within 3 months of my Ehailing journey : there are good days you'll get tired of accepting requests. I mean using a 3400 naira fuel to gross 18k like i did yesterday and there were days, that amount of fuel won't gross 10k, you'll just chin up and take it as one of those days. I think I'll write a book soon titled 'The Perils of driving in Lagos ' Dem don show me pepper for this work. 16 Likes 3 Shares |

chillex8: Yep, I agree with u boss just as I've said, I don't get into loggerheads with riders, call or text after cancellation, but dis particular seek attention and I just have to serve her for the sake of next driver. We just have to give them orientation in d best possible way we can... I'll give u 2 case 1. Today I got a request, she was going to mountain of fire along ibafo, told her I can't due to lack of trip, hoping she will negotiate offline, but she didn't. She try to talk me in with I can drive down to Berger and I'll get trip back to Ikeja we both laugh and share that understanding this can't work. 2. Another trip I took and have to relate with the rider was a lady that requested from OMole to BRT park Berger, I didn't ask for destination. I have to make her understand the distance I covered to pick her on a trip of 300 hundred and now I have to use the express as my only exit back to lateef jakande rd. So I think riders and drivers should b able to relate and understand each other well unlike the once that felt they own d driver and can use one as rag if it pleases dem. 4 Likes |

Freshprince91:@bold it is not only in Lagos my brother, it is a general thing, but I agree Lagos own is worse. It is only in Nigeria u will not see No parking sign & touts will jump out from no where claiming wrong parking and demanding fine. So much lawlessness, everyone is just after money, no prior warnings, In civilize countries, often times when u park wrongly u will be asked to move, but in Nigeria money must leave u, quite unfortunate. 1 Like |
