First of all, the North is made up of hundreds of ethnic groups, so, which of them are you talking about exactly? Because I can also say that certain Southerners are not ambitious either.

I greatly disagree with this notion, that Northerners are not ambitious, do not confuse contentedness with lack of ambition.
