Osondu died at 48 should tell us something is amiss.I remembered seeing Osondu,Dimeji Lawal, Victor Igbinova,Peter Ogaba,Bawa Abdullahi, Lucky Agbonavbare,Mutiu Adepoju,Nduja Ugbade,Tijani Babaginda at Kwara 85,during this period these guys are men not boys but really surprised seeing some of them still represent Nigeria till Mauritius 93.

Well RIP Osondu

I was was told that he played youth football at a very old age, I mean VERY OLD.

Bros if soldado has done well they will put faith on him

Why will they put faith on someone who can only score pk and not a normal goal ?
Most clubs would have given him another season. Tim Sherwood started introducing Kane in Soldado's first season and Poch reinforced it. Soldado didn't even get a full season lol...

Kelly my main G... Na pesin wey just sign new 5 year deal this week with Chelsea you dey pity? wink

I agree his international career may not be as eventful as Tammy's will be with the Three Lions going forward, but as long as Lamps is Chelsea Coach, Tomori will likely remain a starter for the Blues. I forsee Lamps pairing Him and Rudiger going forward. Zouma will drop to the bench. Christensen will likely be sold or loaned out.

I remember the famous tale of how Anderlecht put him on a nutritional diet to grow taller and instead he got fatter(or "wider" like my uncle would say).

bro its not about his current injury just that the chelsea i know before they were banned always spend to lure the best in the game to play for them and have little room for players still learning the trade.

if fikayo was in teams like man united, arsenal or even spurs he will be more assured of playing time and longevity in these teams unlike chelsea and man city. his best bet is leaving on loan next season.

if chelsea can discard ake i see no reason fikayo's case will be different. the same chelsea is planning of bringing ake back latest next summer

I know but west brom kept on refusing to loose some games they are supposed to ,they have won some games with several late goals

Should I remind you they are 14 points clear from the team on 3rd position?
Wow, that's huge
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 4:11pm On Dec 14, 2019
Time will tell in the end. The only minus for Tomori in his height in that CB role so if that counts against him, then fine. Can't balme anyone. But apart from that minus, lad has been better than Zouma this season so far. Tomori is good and can still be a Chelsea regular but time will tell.

i am not been conclusive but speaking out of my knowledge of Chelsea football club. there is no room for mediocrity in the club and they go for the best legs inorder to fight for trophies each season. let's not be deceived by lampards rebuilding process which was mainly caused by the transfer ban

Luke Ayodele Amos scores for QPR. Didn't mention he is also in the starting XI alongside Ebere Eze.

He is one we have mentioned here before a long time ago as one of several other Naija Foreign born/bred. A midfielder on loan to QPR from SPURS. He is only 22.

And yes, Bright Osayi Samuel starrs as well... Upfront this time. QPR are playing a 4-3-1-2 kinda formation.

Exactly. And it seems Nigel didn't get to know soon enough what these two were made of. wink

Faith is part of the game. If a manager can't put faith in a genuinely young talent or give them a chance, he may just have to live to see that talent go else where and explode. That's him realising late just how much Gold/Diamonds he didn't realise he was sitting on.

This is one of the reasons why I love Klopp...He didn't consider Arnold too young to make his debut in a big game against Man utd.. .He gave him enough opportunity to prove himself rather than splashing the cash on a new player..
Today Arnold is one of the best rb in the world!
