My friend what you listed are big dreams every African country wishes to achieve...see let me tell you ,you can't surpass joburg..don't forget All top four SA cities are this close to becoming world class and rivalling with top cities Europe...Forget SA and Namibia those guys have gone far and it will take you 80 years with your current level of sluggish infastructural growth which to me is even substandard in quality to get to SA level...you forget that even Pretoria is by far more developed than nairobi of today and that of her future...you want to know if you are on the right track, why not pick the best places In Nairobi and try running a comparism based on the infastructure and the aesthetic look of the city with the best places of any of SA top four cities then you can be honest with yourself so you will get your answers in the deepest part if your mind.....lol Sandton, umhlanga, waterfall, Steyn is far more developed than anywhere in Kenya....Westland, upperhill can't even compete with neighbourhoods like hillbrow, yeoville ...

As for nairobi being the best in east Africa that is just funny cos every Kenyan on any online platform wishes to be like Dar....have you even seen the Shenzhen and shanghai style of road in addisa ABBA CBD...now compare that with yours..
Compare their modern light rail with your commuter rail...
Stop dreaming about light rail even you know you won't get..Kenyatta is busy planning to renovating that moving rusty container you call a rail to serve your Cbd.,.

You need to do away with your mediocre infastructure and start aiming world class...Everything is like a plan which is gradually put in place to provide the final outcome..we should be seeing modern flyovers, roads, brt's, metro, tram, cable car,proper drainage system springing up...This are the basic ingredients for city development into the world class stage...we do the want you guys listing every flyover, roads, walk bridge, cross over bridge in Nairobi and Kenya as a whole...that is just absurd..its show they are so few that you can name them all..

There were times I wondered why your roads were always mud stained , silt infested in your Important areas but I stopped wondering the minutes I discovered that your road is less than 10% paved..infact your mud stained road was what led me to discover that...that was all the push I needed...
Having mud stained , silt infested road in prominent locations clearly show how few part of Nairobi is tarred...it easily elucidate how vehicle spend so much time driving through muddy road and end up painting paved roads in upperhill, Westland,killimani with what is left on the tyres of this vehicles..wonder no more why nairobi traffic makes that of Lagos look like a joke despite been populated by a long margin...it is because they are few routes that are paved there by forcing commuters to take this few route which in turn causes traffic congestion....in the case of Lagos it is lack of developed diversified transport system which in turn still mounts pressure on roads....

You need to start building more road to curb this menace...That should be your focus now before thinking of "WORLD" talkless of class..
