Sadly We eventually lost the pregnancy. She had a miscarriage, the test also showed an Incomplete abortion and they recommended Evacuation which we did. She feels much better now after a week.

Please when is the right time to try again?

Should she start using folic acid?

What are the things we should put into consideration and what we should avoid in order not for it to occur again.

Congratulation to you and madam bros, xoxo happy for you guys...First thing first get madam Folic acid tablet to be using one tablet per day cos its very important for the development of baby spine....Then tell madam to take all d rest she can have for now, let her pamper herself biko , no lifting of heavy objects and let her reduce taking bike, always help her in doing some of the house chores, eat well and leave others to God cos he said Affliction shall rise the second time.... Let her eat plenty of fruits and register on d pregnancy thread where and sure she will learn a lot... Once again congrats to you guys.

Congrats@kenny may she carry to term this time. In addition to pweetiebabe advice avoid Uda, pepper soup spice, thyme, utazi, uziza, eating out (make your food at home), pawpaw, pineapples, dates,sex in the first 3 trimester.

Take progesterone. Talk to your doctor or a very good pharmacist about taking progesterone to help sustain your pregnancy. If you have recurrent miscarriage it more than 50% chance that you could be low in progesterone. Even though other factors as low quality sperm and egg etc could also come to play.

The dose is normally as bellow:

Duphason, 10mg two to three times daily
Plus/or
Primolut N injection(depot), 250mg of 1ml twice weekly till 16 week. She is already 4 weeks by the time she misses her period. So she will take for the next twelve weeks. When you are ready to stop, tamper off gradually. Make sure you do not stop until you are past first trimester or you could miscarry. Very important.

Healthy and happy pregnancy to her.

Some may come and say they eat whatever they feel like during pregnancy pls don't listen as body differs and its better safe than sorry. It won't cost you to be on the safe side and be cautious. Please play safe.

. I feel your pains, cos I have been Dia.. Take heart and belive everything happens for a reason, as long as you have conceived, you shall be more fruitful. You can start trying to conceive after one month, dnt panic if breast milk is still coming out. Dnt take any drugs to bost fertility except folic acid.. By God's grace 2020 you shall hold your baby. Take care of your self Pls. May they Lord comfort you.

Personally, I have never used Aju Mbaise before, so I don't know how it works... I will advise you to be taking hot tea or water, it helps to wash they blood out... And also, during these period avoid surgery thins and eat healthy.. Once more, so sorry for your loss... Cry if it's comes, it helps to relieve the anxiety and stress, but please dnt over do it. Trust me, you shall conceive with in the next six months by God's grace.

I use to take salt water as contraceptive before we got married ( I and Hubby), I have stopped taking it and wants to conceive, but it not coming.
