The living expenses is as stated. No other money entered the account except salary deposits. As we speak, the said Acc Statement is in my hand!
dilodavid:
Going by the information you have provided, the closing balance on the statement you provided was not balanced. The account balance was supposed to be 1,921,593.40NGN if and only if no other money was paid into your account during the account building period. It clearly shows your living expenses wasn't as stated in the application. In my opinion, you can reapply and address it.

Let me explain how I arrived at what was supposed to be your closing balance: 270,000 - 40,000 = 230,000. That's monthly net salary minus living expenses equals monthly disposable income. Monthly disposable income is the money left in your account after monthly expenses had been deducted from your monthly salary. The opening balance on the account statement presented was 541,593.39NGN which was fair enough. Salary was paid in for 6 months which means you had disposable income for 6 months. Which is 230,000 x 6 = 1,380,000NGN. Then adding that value to the opening balance will give us: 1,380,000 + 541,593.39 = 1,921,593.40NGN which was supposed to be the closing balance from the information provided.

Values aren't the same. What's stated in the refusal letter is 1,910,239.39NGN which is different from what you claim was on the statement presented.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Success2011: 9:06am On Dec 17, 2019
Ha! The difference is 11k. (Eleven thousand NAIRA) NOT ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND O.

Those people want details. Where did the money come from. They refuse for the slightest of reasons. Did you explain where the money came from. Is there a credit of that amount in your account?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Success2011: 9:20am On Dec 17, 2019
There was a consistent salary deposit of 270k in the period covered by the acc statement. Surely, the money came from salary deposits. From the letter, the ECO acknowledged employment documents.

The account history is not consistent with what you have as closing balance from the information you provided in your application. Rectify it and reapply.

Any advice please.

FNRF:
Good day everyone!

I am about to upload files on the TLS website, but my 6 months statements is voluminous.

I was wondering if I could just use three months statements (180pages +) and state in my cover letter the reason why I used a three months statement was because of the 6 months statements was over 400 pages.

Also, when going to the TLS would I have to go with all the applications I had submitted online as well?

Thank you.

You can use 3 months recent bank statement as long as the account statement tallies with what you have in your application.

You are already an adult might be hard to be a dependant on your father considering your age.

Hello. If the applicant feels the ECO erred.. he or she should feel free to send an official complaint or reapply immediately buttressing on where and how the ECO erred.... particularly in the area of the origin of his funds. All necessary financial documents should be resubmitted in the official complaint or new application.
Success2011:
My friend collected his passport today. Unfortunately, he was denied. He wishes to apply immediately. Below is the refusal letter. Please, Gurus in the house, kindly advise on what he has to do to tackle this. Thank you.

Please All guru's should help us out. We are in great gbege. My hubby applied for Visit Visa using an Agent, thou he was granted but he was refused entry at Heathrow Airport based on the fact that all his response to their questions doesn't tally with what is on their database. At the end, his visa was cancelled. He wasn't banned, he was told by the officer to do it himself and he will be given. The issue is the agent claimed he is Senior petrochemical engineer where as what he does is totally different from that( More of Construction Company C.E.O) and the agent also claimed he earns 688k plus after tax( it is not up to that amount that he earns). He also mentioned he has traveled to Germany, Canada, etc (lies). He had a virgin passport with no old passport number. The refusal entry letter summed up on he using an agent who claimed countries he has never been to. Pls how do we rectify all this please. Please don't add more by insulting.

You can always get anyone that is convenient for you money-wise and time-wise. Bottom line is that you will always submit your docs irrespective of the you you decide to choose.
