Since things have gone south, planning on fixing 35-40m in 2yrs time in the 16%/yr bond. Still dont understand the whole 16 and 12% stuff but if its 16% that will be received every year, looking at at least 5 mill passive income a year. May God help us all 4 Likes |

OgogoroFreak:My soup and stew lasts three weeks cause I refrigerate them. And they even taste better the older they get (especially stew). My beans last about a week and half. Life doesn't have to be that expensive. 9 Likes |

Is this the Aunt Landa Radio program that tries to help the poor people? If so, how do we contribute towards your effort, do you have an account dedicated to the purpose? IyaTola: |

Adiwana: I dont think you can get upto that in bond right now. Am planning to do one but rates are discouraging. Take a look below. Pls ignore those high rates and focus on the offer yield as that is what u are going home with.

Nakedman: My thoughts exactly, but i don't just feel that good stacking it all in stanbic, stanbic has gotten a better part of me tho because of the ease i enjoy investing with them, but still with fbn because it's an indigenous bank ,but gosh they are as slow as snail intentionally 2 Likes |

ojesymsym: Sorry to take us back, this una matter tire me oh. I live in Kubwa Arab road where u can get more than 24hours electricity and the two bedroom I live is highly comfortable for me and my family of two, compared to the one I lived in earlier, water is constant, light is steadier, close to the major express road, prepaid is running smoothly and in all of this,I pay just N650k. I prefer to remain a tenant for another five(4) years before I would move to my personal house. For those saying we need 40k per day to live a comfortably, I say no no no to that because living well is a relative term which could mean sleeping around and spending recklessly and for me,might be living according to my set goals. However, I want to use this opportunity to beg all the big guys in this house to pls, desist from calling humongous figures like the one above, reason being that we have people who are earning far less than this figures and continuous use of this supposed figures send a bad signal to smaller investors amongst us. All fingers are not equal...na beg I de beg una. 5 Likes 1 Share |
