Good morning mas, pls I need help at this time... I had inevitable miscarriage at 27 weeks due to cervical incompetence on Wednesday ... I gave birth birth to a baby girl weighing less than 1kg, 0.83kg to be precised... it was very painful they couldn't saved her until she gave up on sunday... I am very sad right now .... couldn't face the world ... is like I am a loser... I am alone brooding day and night.... Pls I need your words of encouragement now... I have been a silent follower here for some time and the time for speaking up is here.
I am 31 and DH is 34 and we have been married for 11months but yet to conceive. We're really looking forward to having our kids and so will like to know if the first step to take is book an appointment with a gnaecologist or just walk into a laboratory for test.

Hi dear, the best thing to do now is to visit a gynecologist.he/she will conduct a test on both of u to find out the problem.so you can know what you are treating.
I pray that our Gud lord will fulfil all our hrt desires soon.

I have a bit of a problem. I'm on cycle day 48, with absolutely no sign of Aunt Flo or bfp. I have done two blood tests, and one abdominal scan and all negative.

I have always had a regular 24-29 cycle days, never more, never less. Now for the first time in my life, I am 20 days late.

I and hubby have been trying to conceive for more than
a year now and I don't know what to think of this. I have moved from hopeful that I am pregnant and just praying for Aunt Flo to come so we can move on.

Anyone with this kind of experience and possibly solution as I am worried sick already.

You can run further test for infection and Hormonal profile. Hormonal imbalance sometimes disrupts one's cycle.

Please, I need your help. I've been trying to conceive for the past 4 - 5 months now. But, nothing yet. I use to take salt water as contraceptive before we got married ( I and Hubby), I have stopped taking it and wants to conceive, but it not coming. Hormonal imbalance is usually the cause of this. You should have your hormones checked.
In the mean time, you can use tumeric and clove to induce AF.
Peel and soak the tumeric in water in a plastic bottle, together with the clove for at least three days. After the third day, start drinking. Take one quarter of a glass cup first thing in the morning on an empty stomach till AF comes.
Stop immediately AF comes, as continous intake might make period longer.
This was what worked for me when I had same issue, and AF came the third day after commencement of the drink.

I used dostinex for one and half month, still there is no conception, help

am new here, I have been TTC for a year now, it was discovered 3 months ago that I have high prolactin, I was placed on dostinex for 3 months, the gynae suspected I wasn't ovulating, he placed me on clomid and letrozole, after the second cycle of taking clomid and letrozole, I had cyst, I got pissed off and stopped the dostinex, letrozole and clomid, thou I took one and half bottle of dostinex, it was twice weekly, my prolactin level was 27 and the maximum range was 19, so I thought the dostinex must have worked since my prolactin level is not too high, I switched to herb, and now my menses is not coming out well, the two days that it came out was just like spotting, and I have swollen and painful breast immediately after my supposed ovulation till menses, and when i was taking dostinex, I don't feel the pain, am confused, someone should advise me pls, am depressed.

Pls don't take clomid. It will only do u more harm than good. Look for natural ways to ovulate. You can try the combo(garlic,ginger,tumeric and Cloves) it helps with ovulation or u try taking bitter leave juice from d first day of ur period till d start of ovulation.

The 3 only worked morphology/little count increase to my dh. Letrozole worked better so far but motility was too poor. Fertilsan M improved motility better so far.
Though it's been over a year we tested and God just gave us a surprise.

yes, due to different metabolism/make up, people react differently to different drugs. the trick is to try a drug faithfully for about 4months..go for sfa...and decide if its working or not, then try another drug if its not working or continue if it is
