Everything is wrong with it even last year my pastor announced That Jesus was not born 25th but we're celebrating because he was born. My question is who choose the date? Why celebrate when you were not instructed to? The bible placed one's death as more significant than the day they were born, furthermore if Jesus had wanted us to celebrate his birth he would have given us cleared instructions and date to follow just like he did when he commanded his disciple to remember his death the instructions and date was clearly outlined in the bible. Just common sense which is not common 90% of people celebrating today are doing it cos its the trend go with the flow not with personal conviction of the bible.

We are all damn hypocrites. Either Jesus was born on the 25th or not, that is what we grew up to meet and it will forever be. Whenever things does not suit us, we tend to find some "foolish" backing especially biblically but when he does suit us, we look the other way.

Whether you celebrate Christmas on the 25th or not, we all are not God to judge or decide what is meant to be done for God. At least, we all agree, we are celebrating the son of God.

Yes, it is true that there has been commercialization of Christmas. But the Lord Jesus Christ celebrated such feasts as Passover, his entry into Jerusalem and weddings, where he provided wine for guests.

So why don't we focus on sharing love, joy and compassion this season? Remember that even the heavens celebrated His birth by an unusually bright star that led astronomers who then provided gifts to the child when they found him. Let these religious denominations forget about pontificating on the demonic origin and spread Love, because this was the most important message of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

What do you mean he did not have the time or that his disciples and him were on a mission. But he told us specifically to remember his death and not for once did he mention his birth.

they have different ideology concerning the day some believe is the Lord's day, some believe that they won't be attached to Hebrew believe like Judaism but most people believed some pagan give their lives to Christ.

Christmas and Esther are the two days in a year that evangelizes Lord Jesus Christ without anybody preaching it.
