It seems Leicester will seize to exist any day vardy retires

I totally agree sir.. he is the greatest genius in the world right now..

His team was playing trash after the first half and he didn't seem it fit to change the tactics at half time..
He has decided to drop a hungry striker like Iheanacho for whatever reason (I believe it's because of the Norwich incident ) on the bench and continue to depend on Vardy..

leicester will be crazy to let ndidi leave this january unless any of the interested teams comes up with offer that they can't resist. his best bet is next summer

Yes. Sentiments aside, he is their most important player now

True .. January isn't feasible for him to leave..

Leicester better not dull his transfer fee.. I won't be exaggerating if I say Ndidi net worth should b more than what Leicester got for Maguire, would I?
I don't think Maguire contributed more to that Leicester team more than Ndidi has...

Ndidi is worth 80m Euros (at least) by my valuation

Rodgers have done well. Even the best coaches make wrong choices. He left Iheanacho out. Apart from that, you said he should have switched tactics in the second half.

Hence you decided the condescending option, can you propose the tactical switch he should have opted for?

Give it to Rodgers, what he has done for Leicester City is more than a miracle when consider where the were before his arrival. He has his bias selection issues and over thinking his tactics to suit his bias selection. However when it comes to coaching and team preparation he is a genius and has done well so far.

Bias because of not playing Iheanacho?

Make I tell u true true, Leicester may not retain this their form before the end of the season .
Unless Chelsea,Spurs,United and arsenal decide to be unfortunate for the rest of the season, Leicester will fight to the death for a top 4 finish..

I also want Ndidi to leave.. I think he isn't getting the accolades he deserves because he doesn't play for a big club..

United and Arsenal looks like who will always be unfortunate grin

Rodgers is a tactical genius & he’s taking Leicester & Vardy to new heights

When Brendan Rodgers joined Leicester City in February pundits were concerned that Jamie Vardy wouldn’t fit in with the new manager’s possession-centric philosophy.

Ten months on and Vardy has scored more Premier League goals - 23 - than any other player in that time frame. It turns out we underestimated the tactical adaptability of both men.

Implausible as it might sound, Vardy is playing even better now - moving more sharply, pressing more intelligently, scoring more frequently - than in Leicester’s title-winning 2015-16 campaign. He is topping the 2019-20 goalscoring charts with 13 goals in 14 games - a strike rate that puts him on course for a record-breaking 35 by the end of the season - and helping Leicester to a seven-game winning streak that sets them up to win more points than in Claudio Ranieri’s fairy tale year in charge.

But, you are trying to play him short with your, he should have switched tactics.

Even geniuses have their achilles heel

He should not allow his own flaw, ruin his good work so far. This was not the game to leave Iheanacho at home.

You are playing the best team in the league, Europe and the world and you leave your second most potent striker at home? This was the game to pull out all the ammunition, a game between the top 2 teams and Brendan rolled over before the game began; he brought a rubber baton to a gun fight and was rightly riddled with bullets

Bias because of not playing Iheanacho?

I am a well known Rodgers fan but I also admit his weak point. He has a bias side which gives him preference in his selection.

For instance, before the departure of Maguire, Soyuncu deserved some games over Maguire and John Evans. Keeping Soyuncu that long on the bench was not purely a tactical/ability choice.

I'm fed up with most of the sentiments here. I surely know something on the age cheat Iheanacho will come up due to Rodgers's choice.

If people want to criticise his handling of the game, I will accept but to use these recent games to rubbish his brilliance is what I am kicking against. Rodgers has been nothing but brilliant with Leicester City.

His bias selection remains his weak point.

Goodjoe, he should have switched tactics. This was too easy. Even Scholes was suggesting he bring on Iheanacho in the second half, not knowing he didn't bring him to the game at all

Nobody is disputing what Rodgers has done so far, but that is not a reason to forgive his shortsightedness for this game.

I bet this article was written before the back to back losses, let us wait for articles tomorrow to see if accolades like this will pour in

ejaria's rating against qpr

Ejaria 7

Should arguably have done better in the opening stages when he was unmarked in the area at Gunter's cross but his effort was well saved by Lumley. Played out on the left so was not as effective as he could have been.

eze's rating against reading fc

Ebere Eze: 7

Not at his best but still QPR’s stand-out player. An outrageous piece of skill after combining with Osayi-Samuel deserved a goal but Eze was denied by a goal-line clearance on a frustrating night.

Leicester were impotent in attack throughout the first half.. A player like Iheanacho would have made a lot of difference for them.. but since he decided to leave him out, there were no better option from the bench to select..

This was the topic.

He tried rubbishing Rodgers as not being a genius because of handling a game poorly. I pointed the article to show someone who clearly highlighted the genius side of Rodgers.

A poor game does not mean he is not a genius. Saying the article came before the losses does not change my point.

Rodgers has done a genius work with Ndidi, Soyuncu, Vardy and to an extent, Iheanacho. To say he is not a genius after what he has done is straight wrong.

As I said, I am okay with criticising his handling of the game. Heck, I have a list of things I felt he did totally wrong but that does not mean he is not a genius.

Good

Exactly and they are not willing to mature up with the opportunity

Indeed it's quite pathetic actually.

I can't believe Arsenal would go 11 EPL matches with just a victory all along but here we are at the mercy of failure.

Interestingly, Chelsea and Man United are up next for Arsenal in the EPL on Sunday and Wednesday next week
Chelsea and Man u better watch out. Arteta has ignited a spark.

See the way Ancelotti was unveiled today?
Epl sabi press hype. Something the serie A lacks.

This man likes Iwobi already.

I keep wondering how its still 5 losses for Arsenal this season. Very strange.

Sometimes, He needs to drop Vardy. Left to me, Ayoze Perez should have come in Vardy because despite all Vardy’s running, Klopp got stopping balls to Vardy to perfection. Vardy was offering nothing upfront.

Get Ayoze Perez to play the false 9 role and do a lot of work defensively to reduce Liverpool building from the back.

He got Choudury Ndidi playing in defensive midfield but with Vardy alone upfront, they were playing one man down in the Liverpool set up. Moving Maddison to a more central role would have worked wonders too.

I hope Rodgers learns from this and gets his setup better. He also needs to work on the team pressing as a team with his full backs joining the midfield to give a central defensive stability when they press with intensity.

And someone is still telling me Mbappe will outvalue this young man? I doubt it. In this era of robust valuation of players?

This guy, by my personal valuation is above 150milla by now.... And by seasons end even above 200. Lol
